Eco Attic Systems

I couldn't recommend Eduardo and his team more! Where should I even start?
1) fair, honest, quick estimate process; they came in soon after the reach out; gave his honest opinion on the different options without trying to mislead
2) they even fixed something for us during the estimate meeting
3) extremely clean, created a corridor for the replace process; always removed their shoes; always vacuumed and cleaned afterwards
4) stellar communication from Eduardo's part
5) not trying to rush us in any way, shape or form; even doing a lot of the prerequisite work without asking for advance pay
6) super fast
7) in general going away and beyond (e.g. offering to help us with an unrelated task we had on our hands, for free)

Honestly, I'm sad they're not providing other services as well, as I'd hire them for that too.

I had 30+-year-old blow-in insulation in my attic and needed to replace it ASAP. I called out Eco Attic and Eduardo stopped by to look in my attic and give me a rundown of how they work and what they provide:
- Dust sealing from the entrance to the attic
- Vacuuming out all the old blow-in insulation
- Air sealing all potential gaps
- Rodent-sealing all potential areas
- Sanitizing
- Installation of new insulation

I had gotten multiple quotes and Eco Attic was one of the best values and prices so decided to book them. They were able to come a few days later and finish in under a day! The Eco Attic team was great, professional, courteous, and clean. They left my place as clean as they came into it. Highly recommend Eduardo and his team!

I had several site visits from different companies, and Eco won hands down. They moved the furniture and put it back, vacuumed the dust, oh, and took off their shoes inside. Company policy. Everyone was friendly, professional, hard working. The job was completed in one day, and they came on a Sunday because of my schedule. Who does that?
I had all the exterior walls insulated for warmth, and the party wall insulated for sound. I already hear less of the next door neighbors tv. PTL
They did an excellent job of patching over the holes, so my walls are now ready for the painters to fine tune.
Yes, the house is full of 2 inch circles. They're kind of growing on me.
Looking forward to not shivering through San Francisco summers.

We hired EcoAttics to replace our old insulation and the company did a good job with the work; however, the pricing we were given built in a rebate from CalRaters which we did not receive due to lack of responsiveness by Eduardo.

We have called CalRaters many times and they said they are waiting on Eduardo to provide them the final information to issue the rebates. Apparently, there are many homeowners that are in our same situation. I am sure he is busy, but it has been months since the inspection was completed and CalRaters has not heard from Eduardo. I wouldn't normally care, but the rebate is $1000.

Just a word of warning that you may not receive a rebate.

The Eco Attic team did an excellent job!

They encapsulated the area below the attic access door and covered the floors they were using for access.

They did a very thorough job removing the old insulation and left the attic floor very clean!

I highly recommend hiring Eco Attic for the services they perform!

Eco Attic Systems was awesome. Eduardo came on time and even took photos. I was shocked at how much lint was cleaned out. A friend had a dryer fire and this prompted me to have the dryer vent cleaned. I highly recommend Eco Attic Systems.

They picked up the phone, they came the same day, they wore booties over their shoes, they cleaned out my dryer vent quickly. Competitive price. Not much was in there, turns out, but better safe than sorry.

Can't ask for much more!

We initially called them when I accidentally pulled our dryer out too far to retrieve an object that had fallen behind and, in doing so, completely severed the exhaust hose. Eco Attic was able to come within a day's notice and did an excellent job replacing it. While they were here I asked them if they were also able to replace our bathroom exhaust fan and run it through the roof. They came back the following week and replaced it with the quietest bathroom fan on Earth - we are so pleased with the results!

As we have an old house, we are looking to get the insulation replaced in our garage (in our quest to turn it into an ADU) and also finish our attic with stairs and plywood. When the time comes, Eco Attic will be our first call!

This hire was excellent from start to finish in my attic clean up, which was a real dusty mess when his crew started. . Eduardo the contractor gave me exactly what I asked for, and didn't try to sell me on more. I'll be calling him soon to seal attic and install better insulation.

Eduardo is a high professional etiquette backed with so much of expertise. I had a small water drip from my attic, I assumed either it is leak through my roof or gutter seeping in backwards or for sure condensation with lead me too look for attic inspection and possibly replace with a new insulation. he was quick, assessed the situation and identified water leaking source.
Knowing, that he has no service to provide, he gave me some guidance, took a couple of photos and videos to be shared and went out of the way to share a local plumbing contact by reviewing some business in Yelp on his own time. He is very rare business personality, who didn't even charge for coming in. He only cared about treating his customer well and gave a couple of solution and quoting how much might it cost.. now's that a good person who has good business acumen for a short and long term sustainability .. I wish him and the team a great success!
