Brought my Pasquini Livia espresso machine in for repair that had multiple issues. When I walked into his shop I saw 4 other machines identical in to mine. I new I was in the right place!
Fixed all issues in just over 24 hours. When I picked it up he demonstrated his workmanship by making me the best espresso I ever had with my own machine!
Gave me some great tips on how to clean and maintain also.
Great service and really easy to deal with.
I would most certainly go back to Jim in a heartbeat.

Raymond L.San Francisco, CA132211188Apr 6, 2015My Pasquini Livia 90 was leaking from the bottom! Thankfully I was able to find Jim through Yelp and sent him an email. He was able to follow up immediately and offered to perform an inspection for me. He gave me a reasonable quote, took pictures to document it for me, and had it all repaired in a timely manner. He also gave me the original parts that he took out. The service was extremely professional and he clearly knew what he was doing. Thanks to Jim, my espresso machine is back up and running like new!
