Sergii was very quick to respond to my inquiry! He was able to fit us into his schedule on the same day. I explained to him what the issue was and what methods we have tried to fix and he was able to pinpoint immediately on what he thought the cause might be.

Upon arriving, he immediately went to check our fridge and was able to confirm the part that needed replacement (which was what he suspected). He was very transparent with us about the pricing for the parts and the cost of the labor to fix it, which negates the assessment price if we ended up going with him to fix. We've had this issue for over a month so at that point we just wanted to get it fixed.

Less than a week later he informed us that the parts had arrived and he could come in to fix it immediately. Upon fixing it, it's working again! And he told us there's a warranty from him for 3months for the same issue. For some reason, a couple hours after he left the pipe was frozen and causing a blockage to the water. I gave him a call on that same day and he came back to fix it as promised.

It's now working again and we are very happy with the service provided! Will definitely contact him if we encounter any other appliances issue. Highly recommend!

My tenants heard a loud noise coming from the refrigerator. I have made a request through yelp. Sergii from GP Appliance replied right away. I was happy with the price of the inspection which is waived if I hire them for repair. We scheduled an appointment to which Sergii has arrived promptly. His estimate was very reasonable, and he fixed the issue. I am very happy with the whole experience and will for sure hire Sergii again.

There was a clogged tube in my freezer that was causing water to freeze in the freezer and leak into the fridge part. Sergii arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window and had finished in about 1 hour. He was able to fix the clogged tube and stop the leaking. Prices are extremely reasonable and it was great to work with him. I will be calling him when we have another issue with an appliance!

My washer drain pump crapped out and I did my best to clean the filter to no avail. Put out a request on Yelp for appliance repair and Sergei responded quickly and asked all the right questions. He ordered a new pump and we scheduled a visit within 3 days of initial contact. He came over on time and was professional and explained what he was doing. The repair took a bit longer because even more stuff was stuck in the drain hose. He was thorough and I trust his work! Will keep his number for any future appliance repair needs!
