Elite Rooter

Our main sewer line backed up and I called Elite rooter. They quoted me $69 for the drain clean out. Albert called and ended up coming out about more than 1 hour earlier than estimated and performed the drain clean out and got the water flowing. Great customer service. The amount charged was $69. No bait and switch, trying to up sell us. Great work. I am very happy with Elite Rooter and Albert. Highly Recommended!

Ruben was great he had to get extra parts because the last company glued the p trap
he hydra flushed the system and it works great
he explained everything he was doing and stayed with it till it was done

We originally called Elite Rooter because of a clogged bathroom sink but Ruben was kind enough to also help with the water pressure of the kitchen faucet. I would highly recommend. Quick and efficient service!

Let me start of with letting everyone know, how happy I am that my worried it's over. I was In Need for some one to come and fix something that had to do with plumbing at my house. It needed to be fixed asap and they were there soo fast. And got it done fast. The guy that explained what was wrong and what need to be fixed was amazing he explained everything good to me and was very neat. Left no mess! His name is Ruben Alvarez. I recommend if you ever need something fast and not OVER Priced. Give them a Call!!!!

It was the day of my wedding reception and the bath tub had a severe back up.
I called Elite Rooter and they sent Ruben.
He did a very thorough job and removed the clog. I was so stressed, but he walked through step by step and was very detailed. The service cost was quite reasonable and great value for money. I strongly recommend Ruben and Elite Rooter.

Discovered a leak under my kitchen sink from my garbage disposal. The technician came within an hour, took a couple of pictures, talked to someone on his phone and said it would cost $650.00 to fix "if" they could get the garbage disposal out. I told him politely and firmly that was a rediculous amount of money.
I went to the hardware store and talked through the problem with a friendly clerk after taking a couple of my own pictures. $6.50 later, I had some plumbers putty and a new gasket. Less than an hour later it was fixed. No leaking. Elite Rooter should be ashamed for conducting deceitful business.

I recently had Elite-Rooter install a new trenchless sewer line; I used them because they did a good job doing similar work on a sewer line on another property a few years earlier. I though they were expensive but I was confident they would do a good job and I did not shop around. A few days later I had another problem. My toilet needed to be replaced. Elite-Rooter charged me $2400 to replace a toilet that took them less than an hour to install. I thought the fee was excessive and they assured me it wasn't. I later found out that my local plumbing supply company sold the same toilet retail for $401. Two thousand dollars to replace a toilet is outrageous! I will not use Elite-Rooter again.
