Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used enterprise car rental many times. I am very happy with this experience. I had initially rented a car that had some alignment problems and they happily replaced it with an even better model. I'm very pleased!

Adrian helped us out when we first arrived to
Pick up a rental. It was very easy and super fast which we appreciate. We kept the rental for about 5 full days. They gave us options on which car we wanted. So happy we came here.
On our way back to drop off the rental we met Jason so friendly and really nice. He mentioned that because we brought the car back early that we would get reimbursed for it and it would just take 3 days for us to see it.
Thanks you guys we will definitely be returning if we need another rental. 5 stars all the way.

I've had several great experiences with Alameda Enterprise. They are diligent and provide great service. A special shout out to Alana Johnson, Asst. Manager, who was above and beyond helpful, and professional! Alameda is lucky to have Enterprise!

They were amazing, I had to take some time to get my card in order to pay the deposit and they were very patient with me, the wonderful woman even picked me up from the auto place beforehand, I wish I had gotten her name but everyone was very helpful and I was very pleased with my experience

I've been coming to this location for a while. It's normally a little wait, but the customer service has been excellent with absolutely EVERYONE I've ever encountered here. Sometimes I see the same faces & sometimes I see new faves. Today I saw a new face. Nice young lady who multitasked excellently. She reminded me a lot of myself no matter what is thrown your way she made it look easy. Thank you so much Alana. I remember last year calling this place back to back to back no one answered. She is actually one of the first people I saw answer every phone call while in there 25-30 mins. That was excellent while still helping everyone else and having a great attitude towards the end of the day. I knew I was going to write a 5 star review one day just glad I was able do it after meeting her and I believe the gentleman's name who helped me the last few times is Eli. Excellent as well. Thanks team. Will be back :D

Alana is the worst customer service representative!
She is rude every time and every interaction.
Why is it so hard to just get help when you need it?
Alameda Enterprise sucks!

I received a rental here yesterday morning because my car was in repair mode. It was a quick transaction and the person, Adrian, that assisted me was very knowledgeable and nice. Great customer service all around. I would recommend! The best part about getting my vehicle earlier than anticipated was that I could drop off my rental at the shop, how cool was that. Thank you for a clean vehicle.

Needed a rental during a stressful time. After, my car getting hit... I came in greeted by Tyler who was the manager and has the best customer service! At this time there weren't many options to choose from and so he accommodated me with a luxury suv. The other gentleman who was working at the time, walked me to the car and sat inside to help navigate the radio, other buttons and bluetooth options. I was very pleased with my overall visit, it made my car repair time less stressful. I would reccomend coming here, even if I just need a rental for other needs. This experience was top tier. Their communication, helpfulness and just overall efforts to make sure they met all my needs.

I love the Enterprise in Alameda! Tyler and Eric are awesome. This location is run like a tight ship. My car is always ready when I get there, and they always remember me which is GREAT customer service! The cars are always sparkly clean upon pick up. Also they are sufficiently staffed, so if there is a line...it moves quickly. So grateful for this little gem of a business in Alameda. :)
