It was easy to book on the website. The shuttles were there immediately when I needed them. The drivers were kind and seemed genuinely happy to help.

This used to be my go-to parking lot pre pandemic, so I'm glad that someone finally bought the space and reopened the parking lot. I usually just go for uncovered parking because it's less expensive, but they also offer ample covered parking. The shuttle comes pretty quickly. I didn't even wait 5 minutes when I parked, nor when I came back (though I called them while I was still walking in the terminal, just before baggage claim). I took off one star because when you book, they generate a QR code, but their QR scanners don't work! You have to wait for someone to come out and give you a ticket. It didn't take long, but I was surprised by that (first world problems though, right? )

As advertised. Does the job. Can't complain. You get for what you pay. Will definitely use them again.

This place was great! I used SpotHero Parking nine bucks a day for covered parking. The covered parking is underneath a portico type situation rather than being in a garage. I came back after about five days happy that my car hadn't been baking out in the sun. We waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport and only about five minutes, to go back to the airport. Seriously, I don't have a bad thing to say about this place.
