Not reliable, nonprofessional. Clearly not fantastic. At the day of service, they told me the estimate was wrong, and it will cost a lot more. Second thing, the technician tells me he doesn't have the part he was supposed to install, he will need to order it. That part was clearly specified on the work order for that day. And 3rd, I called 4 times to reschedule the service appointment and they never reached out.
Good thing I had a backup plumber who was able to actually get the job done.

tell your drivers to follow road rules. almost got hit by one of them this morning when they made an illegal lane change maneuver

We had a sewer main back up at our house at 6 PM and called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing. Jaime Olvera called my wife back immediately and within one hour he was on site. He snaked the line and it was functional within 30 minutes.

More importantly, he put a camera down the line and actually assessed the problem that we have been dealing with for years. Apparently we had a sewer line clean out that was buried near a tree in our front yard. None of the previous plumbers have ever told us this.

The next day Jaime returned to our house, dug down to the clean out and located it. he then extended the pipe up to grade level and reinstalled the Christy box and cover.

Very friendly, professional, and competent. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this company quite a few years, since they're very reliable. Yesterday I called a few of plumbers them for the emergency of sewer clogging around 7 pm, only Good 1 Minor and Brian of Fantastic came but none were workable because it happened far more than 100 ft away. Brian eventually got an instant help from his partner who brought up a truck with big 500 ft machine that worked!

I'm very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help even through the weeks night!

Jaime and his crew came to cap a gas line. He was super efficient and up front with the cost. They had the job done quickly and left the work area clean. We will definitely be using Fantastic Rooter Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Updating a previous review and once again, Fantastic Rooter provided awesome service! Jovani was the plumber dispatched to our home as we needed our kitchen faucet replaced. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. The job went smoothly and he left the area clean and tidy after the work was completed.

Navien water heater was not producing hot water. Spoke with Jasmine who was both professional and courteous in setting us up with an appt. Their tech Brian was very knowledgeable and efficient in fixing the problem. He was able to troubleshoot the problem within minutes where another plumber wanted to change out the entire system. This is the second time using their services and both times have exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

I called this company near their closing time for my water heater that ended up dying on me. Originally they scheduled a time for the next day to check it. Jaime ended up calling me back. He walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and when that didnt work, he came to my house to check if he could at least get the pilot light on for some hot water that night. Eduardo and his coworker showed up the next morning, picked up a new water heater for me and installed it. This crew went above and beyond for me and my family. We were incredibly happy with the service! We are very appreciative with how quickly they got us back to normal during a holiday week and also so close to New Years. Thanks!

The owner, Jaime, came right away and did a great job cleaning out our clogged kitchen sink drain pipe, and explaining the cause, and how to prevent it in the future. He was very friendly and professional, and his assistant was great as well. He bent over backwards to fit us into the schedule right away and help us out. We ended up hiring him to do a plumbing repair job shortly thereafter and again he went above and beyond, creating something better than we had to begin with, instead of just fixing a leak.
