For $13.60 (taxes included), they're a far better deal than long-term parking in OAK. There are probably cheaper lots, but I've found their location right off I-880 on 98th Avenue really convenient (that's the RED lot). Another lot located at the end of Pardee Drive near the UPS depot (the BLUE lot) frequently offers very good coupon deals. Check out the website for the deals before you travel.

For one recent evening flight, I arrived AT the check-in terminal 20 minutes after I left downtown Oakland. That's right -- drive, then park, then shuttle -- in that little bitty time. Nice shuttle drivers, too.

I've parked here the last few times I've flown OAK. Great value and easy to book. No complaints

This parking lit was super easy to access, the shuttle came to get me at my car right away, and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. And you can't beat the price. This is where i'll be parki g for all my trips out of OAK from now on.

Adjust your expectations -- this is a no-frills parking service meant for the frugal. I was delighted on this trip that I was able to use both a coupon and a free-day pass (earned from daily stamps on a card from a previous trip) to save a substantial amount of money. For both drop-off and pick-up there was a bus was waiting for me. This is my new preferred parking location when flying in and out of OAK.

Ok, if you take 5 damn seconds to ACTUALLY READ on the website when you're making a reservation than you will know that you MUST print the coupon and that there are two taxes added to the daily rate. Neither of these came as a surprise to me since I READ. Stop being lazy and read people!

When we arrived we were greeted at the gate, showed our reservation by phone, took a ticket from the machine, and offered a covered parking space at the uncovered rate. SWEET!

As soon as we parked I turned around and there was the shuttle, waiting for us. SWEET!

We were dropped off at the airport and the entire process took about 10 minutes. SWEET! (P.S. Be sure to tip the shuttle driver)

Two days later, we returned and again, the shuttle was arriving at the curb just as were were. MEGA SWEET!

The driver dropped us off in front of our car, we loaded up and proceeded to exit. I paid $17 for two days of covered parking (with a PRINTED coupon) including tax which comes out to $8.50/day...a steal compared to other lots. SWEET!

We will for sure be using this company next time we fly OAK.

I've been parking at this location for roughly 15 years, and the wait times for the shuttle are now growing to be unacceptable. On 2-3 of my last trips, I've had to wait 20-25 minutes, both at OAK arrivals and in their lot. I don't think anyone should have to wait that long for a ride, especially in lot for departing flight. Before it was FastTrack, service was much better. They had enough shuttles so that there was always one in the lot ready to pick up.

So I actually had a fantastic experience with these guys. My experience was actually unusually good because an average experience in parking (of all things) really would not have motivated me to write a critique.

In any case I picked these guys because they were the first lot I saw after exiting the 880 (admittedly, not a lot of research or science was involved). The price seemed good / reasonable.

Anyhow *everyone* I dealt with at this lot was really friendly and provided a great customer experience. The bus drivers (different people coming and going) were both courteous and drove well. The bus pickups were incredibly prompt both coming and going. The cashier was friendly and gave me directions without any sort of complaint or grumbling.

Airport parking is not an industry where I'm accustomed to positive customer service - so I found my travel experience with these guys to be a pleasant surprise.

I'll certainly use this place next time I'm flying out of OAK.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've parked here before and it was fine. But, I made a reservation for a guaranteed $9.95 a day (through airportparkingreservations.com) for a Thanksgiving morning flight. I made the reservation 5 days before my flight, got my confirmation email and so I thought I was all set. No, I showed up at the gate 1 1/2 hours before my flight and was turned away despite my reservation. Now, the gate agent said that "they told" airportparkingreservations.com not to advertise them (because they were sold out) but I see they are still selling spots through this site. I ended up parking in OAK long term parking which luckily had space, but charged me over $20 a day for a 6 day trip. Now, I will never trust this business again.
