We had dinner in the lounge. Great menu of small plates and entrées. Excellent ambience, with reasonable lighting and sound levels.

We particularly liked the spicy tuna bites, and the chicken.

Very interesting cocktail list, sorted by intensity, and then categorized by main ingredients. I wish all cocktail lists worked this way.

Ambience-fair. The restaurant was a little noisy when we dined, and the music coming from the lounge was not at all relaxing.
Food-Very good. Steak entree was very generous and perfectly cooked. Sablefish was well seasoned and cooked beautifully. Broccolini was tough. Loved the use of microgreens.
Dessert-only fair but we both had ice cream. The chocolate lacked flavor and was not creamy like you'd expect from a high end restaurant.
Value-good

Awesome place for a nice dinner in Victoria's Inner Harbor. Located inside the Hotel Grand Pacific, they offer a stylish, upscale ambiance. They focus on Northwest seafood and offer a carefully crafted cocktail menu. I went with the scallops with beluga lentils & asparagus, but the sable fish & ahi tuna looked excellent as well. For dessert, the pebbles & moss was artfully presented and delicious. The bartender provided great recommendations for drinks to pair with the food. Highly recommended for a date night, celebration, or just a memorable meal.

I can't say enough good things about Fathom, located inside the Grand Pacific Hotel. The aesthetic vibes are simply fantastic, and it sets the perfect mood for a memorable evening and a good time!

Saurabh, the host, deserves special recognition for his warm and welcoming hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, securing us a comfortable booth with a view of the patio.

The service here is excellent, thanks to Corbin, our exceptional server. He provided impeccable service, always ensuring our drinks and food were just right. The old fashioned and espresso martini were both expertly crafted and a delight for the taste buds.

For some food bites, we shared the milk bun roll with honey cashew butter, and it was an absolute treat. The roll was incredibly soft and paired perfectly with their unique honey cashew butter. We also indulged in the crab cakes, which were prepared and left our taste buds thoroughly satisfied.

We're already planning our next visit, and I highly recommend exploring their happy hour menu as well. Keep up the fantastic work, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful interior design (and a nice outdoor patio) with such unique dishes!

Following are happy hour prices:

Calamari($18) - Excellent, thick, lightly breaded strips. Not greasy at all.

Spicy Tuna Bites ($14) - really unique, came on a giant crispy "nori tempura" and was served in this salty sand bread crumb mixture.

Crab Cake ($20) - do not recommend.

The food is very pretentious and expensive. Seating is in couches making it hard to sit and eat. I had the tuna. The tuna was good but the vegetables/salad was mostly kelp. What you see in the picture is a micro layer of greens on a bed of inedible kelp. My wife had the scallops with risotto. The risotto was slimy, mushy, and tasted like foamed clam seawater. So yourself a favor and head to Irish times or Bard and Banker.

Everything about our Friday night dinner was perfect from start to finish, I can't tell you enough how fabulous Fathom!!

A last minute find for us. We ordered the milk bun roll, beef tartare, tuna bites, scallops, and the strawberry yuzu pillow. Visually everything looked phenomenal. Taste-wise everything was delicious. Hands down the best beef tartare we've ever had. And what a presentation! The scallops were perfectly done and paired with a very flavorful mousse. Overall the ambiance was fantastic (recently finished a 14-month renovation and everything is gorgeous), service was friendly and knowledgeable, and food was our favorite from our weekend in Victoria.
