Another big problem solved thanks to this terrific company! Javier and Santiago fixed my leaking sink and peace has been restored in my home :) I really appreciate that they are nice, fast and leave everything clean. And I love that they wear shoe covers without even asking! Also, Maribel is so nice and efficient on the phone.

I will never need another plumbing service, I'm spoiled by their excellence!

This contractor abandoned the job site after getting paid, leaving our apartment uninhabitable (no working heat). I say abandoned with full intention of the word - they literally left equipment here and never came back to finish the job.

This company was hired to fix a gas leak in our apartment (3 unit house). They worked on the gas leak and found all units were affected - and took three weeks to run new lines to all units.

When installing new gas lines they ran one across the ceiling of our room. They failed to seal the hole where the gas line runs up through the ceiling - meaning I can physically see into my upstairs neighbors apartment. The last time they were at the job site I showed them, they snapped a picture, and never returned. This was around week 3 time frame (21ish of 37 days)

Overall the work they did for the gas lines passed inspection. However the repair job they did after inspection was pretty terrible. See images of mismatched drywall work, paint, etc. They also took zero precautions in protecting our belongings in the apartment while we were displaced. We came back to find they did not do any basic protective things- like put down any drop cloths on the floor, didn't cover our furniture with plastic, etc and everything was covered in a pretty big layer of drywall dust. The couch they didn't cover was literally brand new purchased 4 days earlier. No drop cloths also meant when they spilled chemicals it stained the hardwood floors permanently.

After the gas lines were done we discovered the (gas) furnace to our unit was not working. Repeated calls to them suggested they were hunting for a fix but after no responses that made sense (our landlord said he asked them to buy a new furnace, they said they weren't ordering a new furnace but were looking for a legacy part. Lots of back and forth). We continued to have no heat for multiple weeks until finally, we hired a new plumber who replaced our heater (which they did same day).

Overall we were made homeless for 37 days for the gas leak and heat issue, and only after finding a new plumber to fix the heat were we able to move in. It was extremely stressful and we made multiple calls to our landlord and five star directly - and had been given the run around a lot.

Excellent service from Five Star Plumbing to help with a two issues, a drain and a leaking faucet. Arrived on time, did quality work and were friendly. Will use them again. Many thanks!

We hire Five Star Plumbing to replace our house trap and sewer. They were able to start and complete the hob within 2 weeks (including inspection). The crew on site was very efficient. And the office staff is nice and responsive. Price was fair as well.

Showed within the time slot. Understood the problem. Fixed the problem. Very professional. If there were 10 stars they'd get it!

Maribel and the 5 Star plumbing team were a delight to work with! I called them and they were on site next day troubleshooting the issue. They were professional, had all the equipment needed, and helped me with my insurance company as well. I'd work with them again any day and they will be the first plumber I call moving forward.

I'm sure this is not the first my garbage disposal went out last night, Contacted my property manager and she got me Five Star plumbing, they came on time and fixed the issue with no problem. I don't have the techs name but thank you Maribel for helping out a fellow plumber.

Excellent! Five stars for for Five Star Plumbing! Javier did an absolutely incredible job snaking a really difficult clogged drain in our commercial kitchen. He did not give up and got everything flowing again, drain cleared. Javier was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled which I greatly appreciate. I've used Wizard Plumbing for years, but I think I have found a new go-to plumbing company. Even the woman who helped me schedule the appointment was super helpful, courteous and efficient. Thank you Five Star! And thank you Javier! You guys rock! Highly recommended.

So far, so good. I'm looking for a reliable plumber. Five Star's reception person is friendly and proud of her business. Great first impression. Let's see how the service is. They are coming over tomorrow....

We have a regularly occurring issue in the building where the main sewer line backs up due to it being offset, but the landlords are older and not professional building manager and rather spend a couple hundred bucks every now and then to root and clear the problem vs several thousand to replace and fix the line. I can't say I blame them, but the problem is that I live on the first floor and am the first to see the issue with my toilet gurgling and stopping right before the garage and alley drains start backing up with sewage.

Luckily, the operations manager was super helpful and was able to send someone over the same day because they had a cancellation.

Fernando had a calm and cool demeanor, gave a fair estimate, got to work snaking and clearing the backup quickly, and even sprayed back down the sewage in the garage to clean it up afterwards. Easily 5 stars for Five Star.
