Flat Rate Airport Taxi Cab

So happy to have found this cab company the night before our vacation in San Francisco!! Knowing we'd have no reason to have a car I was nervous what we'd do to get to the hotel with our kiddo that still needs to be in a car seat. This company was super easy to book, provides a wide variety of child's car seat options, and was very reasonably priced.

The driver was super friendly, very communicative, and had beverages available for the drive.

Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Drivers were courteous, friendly and on time. We used two times.

First time driver was looking and quick texting on his phone in his hand a few times on highway at highway speed. That's illegal and dangerous. Dropping one star due to that. They should make sure driver drives safe at all times and use Bluetooth if needed.

Second driver was very good and safe.

I've used this service multiple times and it's always such an easy way to transport lots of people and luggage.

Of course if you need smaller-people seats, they are also great. Infant, toddler, and booster seats available. No such luck from Uber/Lyft.

They are always on time and communicate very clearly. Even if I make a booming mistake they make sure it's taken care of.

Cars are always clean, drivers always nice.

I will continue to use this service when I need to take groups of different ages around and I'd highly recommend you to as well.

It was a raining day and there was a power outage at my neighborhood, the driver showed up on time (actually 5 mins earlier). Had a good experience with this company.

They are very professional in every way. Clean cars, provided car seats for kids as requested, arrived on time, helped in loading and unloading of luggage. One of the driver even had toys cars for kids as gift. Ride was comfortable and booking online is easy and quick. Going to use this again.

They coordinate with you when they have to pick you up from airport which is nice when you are traveling with family and small kids. Flexibility to choose mini van which is not always possible with UBER/Lyft.

The most hassle free experience for traveling with kids!

First time mom, first flight with baby. So I was pretty stressed. I was able to book this cab online, and the customer service didn't make me wait for hours when I had questions. Mr Singh was before time, texted me promptly and had a clean car, clean infant carseat and polite, amicable conversation the whole time. Calmed me even when I was frenzied to get all my bags and baby. Highly recommend for a stress free airport transfer with babies/kids

Update: The company texted back a few hours later. Their driver was apparently robbed at the gas station along with his phone, so he didn't have a way of contacting me. I am sorry that this happened to him and hopefully they'll catch the suspect. In the meanwhile they are giving me a full refund. I recommend the company have a protocol if this happens again because form the sounds of it, it's not the first time. San Jose must be having a problem with gas station robberies.

The driver never showed up. I texted for a refund because they already charged me. I did receive a message with the driver's name and phone number. I called it several times and no answer. So I had to take an Uber instead. I will improve the rating once I hear from them and get a refund.

This review for Flat Rate Airport Cab is long overdue. I have used the for reliable transportation to and from San Jose International (SJC) and San Francisco International.

1) Their pricing is fully transparent.
2) The drivers I have had have been professional, on time and courteous. There is nothing as nice as arriving from a nine hour transcontinental flight and being greeted by a driver with a smile.
3) When there is a problem, it gets fixed quickly. I was responsible for a miscommunication about my return from an international trip. As a result, a driver wasn't at the airport upon my arrival. This was quickly resolved by a text and phone call.
4) Whether you have an early departure or late evening arrival, they will have someone available to help you.

I can highly recommend Flat Rate Airport Cab.
