Affordable OAK airport parking with nice attendants. The shuttle is quick and our car was kept safe while we were gone for 5 days.

its outside parking ,but its a good lot, they pick you up on time and a shuttle is 10-15 min.also the driver puts the bags in for you. Other places they just look at you and want you to do it.so i recommend this parking lot.

Convenient and super awesome service. Shuttle service is the best with coming in just 5-7 minutes after u inform them.

My first time using a park and shuttle. Omg the directions took me to some abandoned building. I called and some kind driver came and got me!!! I couldn't have more appreciative! My first time and my experience was really good! I'm booking another right now! I'll keep y'all posted

Been parking here for years when I travel, they have changed management a few times but the employees have always been great and friendly.

I recently used the service and while the service is great, the shuttle and location needs a little update.

Shuttle: It's smelly and has a dirty feeling. I usually fly in and out when it's dark outside so can only go based on smell and feel.

Location: It needs better upkeep, it feel a little unorganized, with cars blocking other cars, it's dirty with trash everywhere and hard to get around.

Vehicles and parking lot are in need of cleaning been using for years and no change will use other services on next trip.

We prepaid for 4 days of parking and left on Tuesday at 10 AM. We scheduled the car to be picked up at 6 PM on Friday, but our flight got delayed so we ended up arriving closer to 8:30 PM. When we tried to leave the cashier said we owed fees because we were late for scheduled pickup. Even though we paid for 4 days of parking (which should cover us until Saturday morning), we paid the fee just to get out of there.

The customer service is terrible and there's a long wait for the shuttle to arrive (approx. 30 min). Will not be using their services again.

Got there service was gr8. Flight got cancelled. Went back to car and attendant said, "call CS tmrw to get ur full refund" did what I was told call "tmrw" which is now TODAY. CS bad negative 1 star. Was told you will get charged 1 day bc u called a day after . Explained to him that I was following what the attendant told me...call "tmrw". I'm sorry they are wrong. Obviously f*n idiot! Ur company "way" needs to do proper training with the lot attendants so they will be better in informing the customers!! Price is cheap to park but CS sucks elephant ass!!!

This is the worst experience I've ever had renting a parking space. I parked my car in their handicap space, returned two days later and my rear tail light and bumper were severely damaged. The shuttle driver ( Gezahegne) took full responsibility. He says he backed up and hit my car. I spoke with the manager (Joe) who apologized and said when I fly again, leave my car and he will have it fixed. I objected and refused to leave my car repairs to some random shop. I haven't heard from them since. Now the 35.00 it cost to park will cost me $1688.00!!!! Please do not use this lot!..Yes, you will save a few dollars but it is not worth it. Pay extra and patronize a professional, established business. Trust me on this, this place is not worth the few coins you will save.

I have used them many times during the last two years, staff friendly, shuttle to the airport or pick up always quickly, Low Cost, no complaints. I plan to continue using them every six weeks.
