      This place should not be in business. If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. This is the worst airport shuttle parking experience ever! After waiting over 40 mins & numerous calls, emails, etc. I had to take a Lyft to retrieve my car at this airport parking facility. When I arrived to the parking lot, I went straight to the attendant only to find out they did not properly hang up the phone from their last call - hence, no way for callers to request shuttle pick-up from the airport! You would think they would check their landlines after receiving no incoming calls for the last 30-40 mins from customers arriving at OAK! I was already very exhausted from my flight, had to deal with over 30 mins of this, then called a Lyft which cost me extra time & money. I had travelers waiting with me would were very cold & anxious waiting outdoors while I made numerous calls for shuttle pick-up which never arrived. Extremely horrible experience. Do not park here.

      Once I landed last night, I called 3 times with no response. I tried checking the live tracking of the shuttle and it said the shuttle was not running. I ended up calling a Lyft to take me to fly n save. 


      First, the company has terrible customer service and I told myself last time that I wouldn't use them again, now I for sure won't. Last time I used them, I called for pick up. It took double the time as what navigation said was the drive time and I called when I was at the curb already and the live tracker wasn't working . The lady was extremely rude when I dropped off my car. I had used them several times prior. I would park my car and walk to the front where there was a waiting area, sitting bench. She yelled to me that I had to wait by my car, otherwise, how would the driver know where I was parked. ( I always write the # on my ticket which clearly wasn't even needed for the driver this trip since they didn't pick me up anyway) 


      This trip I called when I landed at least 3 times with no answer. They should at least have an answering machine with instructions for after hours customers. I ended up calling a Lyft and was frightened I was going to get there and they would be closed since I couldn't get a hold of anyone, even though the site said 24 hours. He called back after but I thought it was my Lyft calling letting me know he arrived , but didn't leave a message. When I got there he said he had gone to the restroom and that the phone didn't reach to the back of the lot.  The people working the lot are rude, the only decent/ nice staff is the drivers. I couldn't even find an email for their customer service, if you have it, I would love to forward this to them.

      This was very convenient as they are located just less than 5 minutes from the terminals. I called them as soon as I landed and the woman who anSwered the phone told me to call them again after I got my luggage from baggage claim. Made sense. So I called them back as soon as I was walking towards 4F where they told me to go for pick up. It was freezing outside, so after about 20 minutes no show I called them again. It took them 28 minutes to get the shuttle to pick me up and it was after 10:00pm. When the driver dropped me off by my car, he started to take off and I yelled and ran as My luggage was in the back of the shuttle. Needless to say,, i will
      Not be using this airport parking ever.

      Only if I looked up this company on Yelp earlier, I wouldn't have booked with them. My first impression with them was great! Since I made the reservation online, I just needed to drop off the car and the shuttle was already there to take us to the airport. The entire process only took about 10 mins!! I even joked with my sister on how fast and efficient the service was and it was too good to be true! Then, things started to fall apart when you came back.....

      We were stranded at the airport for about 30 mins. After the car was dropped off, they gave us a green slip with a phone number and the parking number on it. You are supposed to give them a call for a pick-up when you get back. We started calling them as soon as we landed.. we made a total of 20+ calls but NO ONE picked up the call. Even the driver from the Park and Save told us that we can catch them if we wait long enough at the pick-up area. It literally took us 30+ mins.. and like the other reviewer said, Park and Save has already made their 4th round at this time! We finally saw the shuttle, got on it in a hurry and told the driver about the issue. The driver addressed this issue with the lady at the gate.. and guess what she said?! "I received your call.. but you just did not know about it! Haha.." We all left the lot completely speechless!!!

      Don't park here! 5 cars last night got broken into and they didn't even know. Horrible security. No insurance. You may as well go leave your car unlocked in Oakland.

      I wish I had checked on yelp before parking here. First off the shuttle drivers are very nice, which is why this place gets two stars, however the vans smell, there is dirty food and beverage containers and stained seats. This wasn't just on our trip to the airport, but a different van in the way back.

      They tell you to call them when you arrive, but no one answered the phone. We just happened to catch one at the curb.

      The worst thing was that they don't pro-rate your hours. We parked at 9 am and returned two days later at 12, but they charged me a full day of parking. Then they charge daily airport fees? I understand a one time fee, since allegedly the airport charges them one, but daily? And I've been to a few airports and used off parking lots, I've never been charged a fee.

      Then when we go to leave I wanted to pay cash. I don't trust these fly by night pop up lots with my card, well they don't take cash. What?? What if I didn't have a card? They cashier was so bitchy towards me, and when I questioned the charges, gave me an attitude instead of explaining.

      I won't ever be using them again!

      We had a great experience, I am very surprised by all the negative reviews!

      We booked online a day before our trip and used a $5 promo code we found online. Total was $31 for 3 days.

      Instructions were very clear. Print the confirmation email and show it to the ticket attendant. They will direct you to a stall number and a shuttle will be there even before you are done unloading the car.

      For Pick Up, they will give you the phone number to call and where the pick up location will be. Pick up takes about 5-8 minutes.

      Our shuttle drivers and the lady we spoke to while checking in were all very friendly. We would definitely use their services again!

      Huge lot, easy access to the airport. I would give 5* if I would receive my refund. Our nightmare started on Friday 7/22/16. We dropped off my truck at the Oakland lot on 7/21/16 at 6:37 pm. Walked what seemed a mile, caught the next shuttle which was pulling in and was at the airport within 7 minutes. Got on our flight at 10, flew to TJ for a connection when all hell breaks loose. Bomb scare on the plane, airline(Volaris- bad review as well) not honoring their option to fly at a later time, $300/ night hotel rooms for 2 nights in San Diego due to Comic-con trying to get on another flight, $600 van rental for 5 with double luggage and now, can't get a refund or response for picking up my truck early on 7/25/16 at 5:38 pm. Attendant told me to email, which I have, twice and no response.

      Picture this: it's Christmas Day at 12:56am. It's 46 degrees out and raining. We were repeatedly told coming in late would be no issue to get picked up. They subcontract out their shuttle service on off hours to another company which has a different logo and makes it confusing. We FINALLY after waiting 20mins got dropped off at the Hegenberger lot to find no one in the lot attendant booth and cannot get out. After multiple phone calls, we tried opening the gate ourselves which worked.

      They want to tout that you're supporting small business? This is not how any business should be run leaving people out in the cold, repeatedly told "no they're not going to that lot " by the same shuttle driver, and then lastly stuck in a lot when they're just trying to get home on Christmas.

      You may be saving money but not a major headache by parking here.

      The lot was easy to find. The attendant was courteous. I was able to book and pay online ahead of time. I called my Lyft as I parked and was picked up within 5 mins no issues. I would advise to print your reservation receipt and bring it with you.

      I will gladly sacrifice the convenience of a shuttle to pay less per day to park while I'm on vacation.

      (Do not throw out/delete the reservation receipt once you go to retrieve your car as the attendant may ask you for it as you're driving out.)

      The lady who was working the attendant booth on the morning of 5/22/18 should be terminated do to her attitude as there was absolutely zero service from this person and shotty as all. We had previously parked in this facility twice prior to go on trips for weeks at a time and never had issues until that morning.
      Do not use this company for the mere unpleasant experience you'll encounter.
