This place was a godsend for us yesterday going into see Van Gogh Immersive. Just a couple blocks from the exhibit and so easy and effortless. The price for lot parking is always high in SF!

Used to be 5 stars until the previous tenant retired. The two women at night are awesome too. New daytime tenant is lazy and doesn't treat monthly parkers the way the other one did. The previous man knew the flow of the garage and habits of monthly parkers. Forgot my key card at my friends and new tenant made me find parking on the street which I had to pay for. I had to back out of steep driveway in a stick shift truck and didnt even offer to let me in to turn around or just park until I got my key. He said you have to have a key Like he doesn't recognize my two cars stay in this garage 24/7.

Ok, I am compelled to write my review after my experience here today. I work very close to this garage and park here at least 3 times a week. The people who work here are very nice, they know me and my car, and the garage is clean and well maintained. Today, I left my building at 5:58 and was pretty sure I wouldn't make the 6PM cut off for the "early bird" price ($17) and would have to pay $25. I was running to the garage in hopes that I wouldn't have to and the man working (glasses, thin, black hair, shamefully don't know his name. Might be Eduardo? My receipt says Greg) saw me and RAN TO GRAB MY TICKET like he was taking the torch and finishing the relay for me. He got my ticket in the machine time stamped EXACTLY at 6PM while I walked, out of breath, behind him. I did end up getting the early bird price.
He went completely out of his way to help me and accommodate me and I want to let everyone know how amazing that was! Truly valued and cared for here.Helpful 16Thanks 2Love this 14Oh no 0 - Loli L.San Francisco, CA211152674Dec 22, 2014
I'm easily confused and found this garage to be a bit confusing. Luckily, they employ cheerfully helpful people who handled my confusion in a gentle manner. They explained how and where I should pay on my return and, though it might sound kinda simple and nutty, I appreciated it. Because I am the type of person who would totally get lost and confused about that.
So, in short: Decent parking garage and nice people.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Victor K.San Francisco, CA532114113Jun 18, 2013
It's often full, which is isn't the fault of anyone. But then they often misleadingly put out the 'lot full, monthly only' sign when there are still spots. The valets are also extremely lazy about parking your car for you. They'll try to make their customers to self-park into some very difficult spots. While it is not too much of an issue to me, I've seen they made a lady spending over 15 minutes to back into a spot that's pretty unreasonable for non-professional to do. Of course, there were like 4 or 5 of us blocked out and had to sit there and watch the lady taking here time to park. Shall they offered a little more help, having the lady leave her key behind and they do the parking, everyone'll save a lot of time there.
When they misleadingly put out the 'monthly only' sign, we often have to to park much further away at a much more expensive price. I have a strong feeling they just do it so that they have less parking work to do since subsidized parkings from nearby companies often require their valet services.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Mel M.Durham, NC53533Jan 5, 2010
The guys that work at the garage are incredibly nice. They make sure that everything is in order in the garage and know you by face and by car. They're really quick at moving cars for the double parking spots. The price may seem high, but it's on par for the lots in the area, and it's closed to the public on nights and weekends (safer). You don't have to deal with the machines at the lots across the street that are jammed full of trash by transients.
They even keep an eye out on the bike racks down there.
Lastly, there are Zipcars down there for the carless.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rajiv R.San Francisco, CA8120Jan 19, 2010
I am a resident for 1 month at Archstone Fox. It took just about two days for me to get comfortable with this parking structure. Although I was skeptical about finding parking every time I drive in, I almost always find a very convenient spot. The staff is great. They are very prompt, jovial and make you feel that your vehicle is in safe hands. Pricing is one of the best in the area. Overall I am very satisfied with the parking.

The staff are very friendly and when I had some damage to my car because of some problems with the building, that was out of thier control, they bent over backwards to take care of it

I lived here at Fox Plaza for 2 years. The people in the garage are fantastic. Super nice. Not the cheapest parking on the block, but you get what you pay for. :-)
I don't live in the building anymore, but if I need to park int he area I'll use this garage.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
