Sam from Fuse HVAC immediately gave us a complete evaluation of the work needed and our subsequent interaction with the HVAC team was responsive and efficient, including providing detailed documentation we needed for a 3rd party. The work was completed in accordance with the proposal and the price. I highly recommend this company for electrical work.

I had an outstanding experience with Fuse Service HVAC & Electrical, particularly with Sam the Electrician. Sam arrived punctually and immediately got to work on multiple projects around my home.

His expertise was evident as he efficiently tackled each task:
1. Added a new doorbell transformer
2. Removed the old bathroom fan
3. Installed a new bathroom fan
4. Replaced an outdated outdoor outlet with a code-compliant GFCI outlet and housing

Sam's work was thorough and professional. He completed all projects in a timely manner, demonstrating both skill and efficiency. I was impressed by his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was up to code.

What stood out most was Sam's ability to handle diverse electrical tasks with equal competence. From the delicate work of installing a doorbell transformer to the more involved process of replacing bathroom fans, his versatility was apparent.

My mother's dryer was not blowing hot air and this was probably due to a blown fuse / heating element.

I reached out for them to come in and have a look and possibly order parts + repair , few hours later my mother called to inform me that they quoted her $600 for "heating element" replacement and they would run out and get parts right away.

I told my mother do not allow this repair and I called these guys immediately to ask what parts they are repairing that cost $600 ! That's almost a new dryer. The nice lady on the phone said she would contact the technician and request specific details.
She later called back and instead offer $575 for the repair . I told her this is way too much for a dryer heating element repair. The part itself is no more than $20-70max .
She said she would call back again after speaking to the technician regarding the parts and repair involved that would justify the $600 quote.
I haven't heard back from them, it's been 3 days.

Cant believe these guys tried to charge my old lady $600.


I called General HVAC instead and they are doing the repairs now for $275 !

I had initially reached out to Fuse to get a quote to replace a gas furnace with another gas furnace. They suggested getting a Mitsubishi heat pump instead and I am so happy that they made that suggestion. We have now air conditioning as well and the heat pump is so much better for the environment given the temperate climate here.

The sales team was incredibly patient in answering the questions I had and were flexible to schedule my install.

The install took two days and there was a couple issues that we ran into but the team sent back a technician for an additional day and everything was resolved.

The permits and rebates took a little longer to figure out, but those came through in due time too!

Highly recommend Fuse and Heat pumps to anyone looking to make the change!

From the day to quote until the installation day, Fuse SF is superb. Tim and Antony, they both did a great job installing the split unit air conditioner unit in my living room. I live in a loft and it's definitely not easy to install a unit that is 20 feet high up. These guys make it so easy.

The air conditioning service was superb. The group was professional and fast in diagnosing and fixing our system for the impending summer high temperatures

When I first contacted FUSE to get an estimate, I didn't realize that it wasn't free (like most of the other places I talked to). This was my fault, but it was still a little disappointing. However, FUSE was super quick to respond and ended up with the best pricing, so I decided to go with them. I'm actually glad I did.

Sam came by and was great. He was super friendly and accommodating. He explained everything he did or was going to do. There were a couple days where I had to make sure he was ok to keep going since he was well past a normal 8 hour shift, to which he would reply, "It's ok. I enjoy this. It's like a hobby to me."

tl;dr - Sam did a great job and I would definitely recommend Fuse.

Fuse HVAC & Electrical installed 4 Mitsubishi splits 2 years ago in my home. Their work is meticulous, the units were installed in 2022 & they've been serviced once a year. They clean the filters & check the units, inside & out. They're always on time, Alex & the team are professional & I'm happy to be able to control the temperature throughout my home according to everyone's preferences. Worth every penny !

I have been partnering with Fuse Service on my multiple projects by this date. The most recent one is the water heater upgrade executed by Ben.

First of all, the level of craftsmanship is way beyond expectations compared to experiences I had with other plumbing contractors. Ben and his helper removed the aged gas water heater without any spills, capped the gas pipe, prepped the area, brought an oversized heat pump water heater through a complicated staircase, routed all new pipes, installed a recirculation pump, insulated pipes and took care of the cleanup.

After the installation Ben explained to me all the details of a new tech -- how to connect it to wifi, how to operate the actual heat pump, how to configure the hot water recirculation pump, and other details.

It's been one month since the service, everything works flawlessly and most importantly as promised.

Undoubtedly, I recommend Ben from Fuse Service to anyone.
