Soto is an absolute wonder!!! So amazing! I had a clogged drain connected to my washing machine that completely flooded the floor. They responded quickly and got the job done just as fast. The price is way better than anyone else, in my opinion. They are very kind and professional (great customer service is paramount). I will be using them again for sure.

I have been getting help from Gator Rooter and Plumbing for the past 3 years. This review has been long over due.

Andy and the team have always been awesome with their help and support. They have helped me with upgrades to my sewage pipes, my gas lines and water lines. 2 of my 3 requests were emergencies . Andy and his team always pulled through with such a great job and completion in a speedy time.

They were fast to respond, gave me a quote via yelp app. We discussed timing and were all set. Luis called me a day early saying they were nearby on another job and if I had the toilet needing to be replaced he could drop by and take care of it.
Great I said and within 10-15 minutes he showed up on a huge fully stocked truck.
I needed one toilet replaced in total a second re seated to the floor with a new donut gasket seal etc!
They checked the pipe fittings for leaks knocked it out and took the old toilet in maybe 30 minutes on and out.

Both Luis and his assistant wore booties and rubber gloves a nice touch and were careful efficient and expert.
Paid them based on the quote via Zelle and the plumbing job I've been neglecting for years is now completely done.

We called Gator on a Friday night to help with unclogging a drain line. After calling two other plumbers, Andy responded and came out at night to help. Thankfully, he also performed a video of the line after he had cleared it. As we viewed it together, i was able to see all of the roots between the house and street. Clearly it was time to replace my 63 year old clay sewer drain.

Gator returned with four amazing workers that quickly and amazingly performed a trenchless sewer replacement. All of the guys worked efficiently, had the right equipment and worked well togther. Their truck and uniforms were consistent and very professional. Andy cares a lot about his customers and his employees and it was very noticable.

As the owner of three construction related companies, i was super impressed about his whole operation, the care that all of the employees had for my house and my neighbors. I would call Andy again without hesitation to assist me or any of my clients or my colleagues in the future.

Andy came out last year to remove a flap that was causing blockage and then snake it. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes, great experience. The issue is he wouldn't match the price I paid just last year. He quoted me a whopping $100 more just to snake. His reasoning was "No I can't, Everything is so high now... " Yes, I agree because of people like him who price gouge loyal returning customers. I guess he needed the business last year! He was very dismissive. I would've been willing to pay $25 more, but not almost a whopping double fee for a quick snake job. I will take my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates return customers. Please see the attached photo of his unprofessional response less than 10 minutes after I posted my review. I refused to engage and didn't respond, but that's pretty scary and telling and speaks for itself.

They were able to come out right away. Did a great job fixing our faucet and was able to fix our outdoor faucet in a timely manner. Ran into some issues and they were able to come up with a solution without charging us more money. Will definitely have them back for other plumbing jobs.

They responded immediately. Were able and willing to quote a price for the project without having to come by first (faucet installation). Scheduled around availability of our parts. Came on time. Price was reasonable. Crew super friendly and polite. All around excellent

A few years ago, we noticed a small puddle of water at the base of our toilet floor. We called them and they came to our rescue! They immediately replace the toilet with a new one!

Just a few weeks ago, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. We called them and they came over within an hour. We took a picture of our kitchen faucets and Roberto went to Home Depot to find a new faucet replacement for the sink. He installed it, and also replaced the leaky hoses and pipes. The old pieces were all leaking and Roberto also noticed our dishwasher hose was leaking. He replaced that too!

What a lifesaver Roberto was for us---both times! We can count on him!

Fast, great service! Our favorite, most responsive plumber! We had our sewage clean out back up at 9 pm last night. We called and got an appointment for 9 this morning. Everything is working great again!

I had an urgent sewer clog and backup into master bath and Gator was able to send out techs within 30min. There was a major clog and rusted cast iron pipes, but Angel and Andres Jr. cleared out the line and dealt with flooding quickly and diligently. They were kind and straight up about maintenance of the pipes u til they can be replaced. Cost was very affordable. Very thankful and highly recommend.
