Super punctual and fast. Jerwyn came and was able to fix a toilet that another plumber had said would require a new toilet install. He also explained to me that I could ask the water company to let me recoup some of the cost of the expensive leak now that he fixed it.

Chris, Joe, Graham, Gordon and the team spent the entire day at my house today expertly and meticulously removing a 40-gallon water heater that had rusted through on the bottom (and was leaking all over), and replacing it with a state-of-the-art tankless version that will never bust on me, and has a fantastic warranty and included service plan! They responded to my evening after-hours call within minutes and were over here first thing in the morning. They went completely above and beyond, even replacing a rusted electrical outlet and making sure the pipe work was beautifully designed. They also cleaned up the areas they worked on very well. These guys are true pros. It was a pricy day for me, but I am more than ok paying for experience, quality, and a job done right. Thanks, Genteel team!

Big thanks to Chris and Jerwin for coming out straight away to my emergency job, a leaking water heater. Initially dispatch said they were all booked up for the day, but since it was an emergency, they rescheduled some less urgent work, MUCH appreciated.
Kind, quick, professional, and helped me out by searching out some promotions that might help shave a few bucks off the bill.
Uninstalling and hauling away the old water heater, going to buy and install the new water heater, five year warranty with service, all came to about 3600.

We've called Genteel for all our plumbing needs for several years now and have had nothing but fantastic service. They are Johnny-on-the-spot for emergency calls, but only Monday-Friday. Otherwise, they are just fine, i find them slightly overpriced in general, however this is the city and they respond, and are already local, so there is value in that.

I've used them 3 times now. They're fine, and def on the high end of price.

These guys are the best. Exceptional service, totally lovely to work with, incredibly tidy, and just all-around pros. They did an emergency plumbing job on our house and were able to replace most of our pipes and identify and resolve a series of safety issues that popped up from work from prior plumbers/owners. They made the process easy, keeping us updated every step of the way and making sure we could still comfortably live in our home during a huge project. This included them voluntarily covering holes in the ceiling with boards every day, sweeping and dusting at the end of the day, and keeping their equipment organized and out of site.

We recommend them so highly and can't imagine working with another team of plumbers in the future. They made a challenging situation fast, simple, and even kinda delightful. We're so grateful for the crew at Genteel Plumbers.

Had to get an accessment on two toilets. One had a leak. Genteel Plumbers quickly came to the rescue and they quickly were able to diagnose the source of the issues.
Chris and Jerwin both worked on both toilets and they changed out both in an hour and a half! Couldn't be more happier for having new flushing toilets! They explained everything thoroughly and even were able to negotiate on costs. I highly recommend these guys!
