Giannini Garden Ornaments

We did a complete backyard remodel and I am so thankful we purchased our 3 fountains and 4 planters from Giannini. All the fountains are so beautiful that it is hard to choose a favorite. I've always loved fountains but honestly I didn't realize what a wonderful impact they would have on my life. I absolutely love looking at and spending time in our yard because of the fountains. If you have room I would highly recommend having more than one. Our backyard is so beautiful but it's the fountains that truly bring it to life. I never imagine that I would have this much bird action in my yard. In the morning our yard is as busy as SFO!!!

The customer service from Giannini was great from the moment we walked into the showroom. Alessandro is a rockstar and now a friend! We went there one a very cold windy late Saturday afternoon and Alessandro spent 3 hours helping us decide which fountains were best for our space. He was patient, helpful and honest. Never once pressured us into anything. We changed and added to our order numerous times and he was always so understanding and helpful. Honestly, it was definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received.

We had Yonny for our install and he is an absolute gem. He is a craftsman and knows exactly what he is doing. He treats the job as if it is his own backyard and settles for nothing less then perfect. We will be having Giannini back every 6 months for maintenance so are fountains stay this beautiful for years to come.

After looking everywhere in the Bay Area and online we found the best selection of pots and planters at Giannini. Why did we waste our time going everywhere else? They have a massive showroom with many things ready to take home that day.

We ordered a large number of custom pots and planters in a variety of finishes for our new backyard. Our landscape architect has very clear specifications and Giannini had them all.

We received great, knowledgeable and friendly service from Pier Luigi Gianni. We've been very happy with him.

Pro Tip: their selection and finishes are so vast it can be overwhelming. Spend some time on their website beforehand to get a general idea of the type, size and style before you arrive. It will make it easy.

As we celebrated our 20th year as a homeowners association we needed to replace one large fountain and two smaller ones near our outdoor pool at the Clubhouse. We are located in Sacramento and I could not find a business that sold fountains as large as our big one which is 9 feet tall and nearly 14 feet wide. I luckily found Giannini Garden Ornaments in nearby San Francisco. We got 3 beautiful cement fountains to replace our fountains which were partially metal.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service we received and the gorgeous fountains we purchased. They have so many other nice ones too. We have other fountains that will need to be replaced in the future and Giannini Garden Ornaments will be the company we purchase from.

I'm was a returning customer and purchased a big concrete white planter bowl from them. I trusted them since last time they did a great work. This time, they delivered the bowl which had two big obvious parting lines. Absolutely not acceptable. This was few months ago and since the delivery I have called them and emailed them many time. No respond. I will try to drive up there in next few weeks but will not buy from them till they own their mistake.

High rating for range of fountain selection. Be aware, it's best to go in person to look at fountain design AND DEFINE your preferred color option by its NAME AND CODE. If you see a color you like, ask while there what its name and code is, as online the tiny swatch photos don't look much like the color of the actual color of the concrete. In the past the colors styles were more varied, subtly two toned as shown on online color chips, However, current actual color styles are more monotone, essentially a single color.
One issue remaining that mgmt might explore is that once the purchase is made, paid for any subsequent communications, let alone action taken by sales team is quite variable.
Iris and the fountain installer were excellent in reordering my fountain in the right color once I got to the right person. The problem was I had to REFUSE DELIVERY before the issue was finally addressed. Giannini has some dedicated, talented staff but communications and their process regarding resolving questions or even having customer calls returned needs improvement and a better issue identification and resolution process should be put in to place . Scheduling process also needs improvement. A number of issues arose , as well as even when specific dates are requested by a customer and discussed on the phone the date set for delivery seems at times haphazard as half the time no notification is given or I was called the night before before delivery when I told them previously I was out of town. However, once the fountain was delivered a very capable man and his assistant did a wonderful job of making sure it was properly installed, made level so the water ran off equally on all sides, secured against animals (raccoons) with putty, from them pulling on it. This gentleman did everything he could to identify and address the problem (wrong fountain color) , he then had me document it, advised me how to address the issue as well as he also talking to his mgmt about the issue. Iris was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure the correct color replacement fountain was delivered as quickly as they could. Thank you for once again making this repeat customer happy.

They have something for every taste but for us their customer service takes the cake! They are not only very friendly and helpful but also very professional! Always have great selections of fountains. Professionally installed. Look for Alessandro for the best customer service. Will definitely recommend if you want to have a very elegant looking fountains.

AWFUL customer service that's only gotten worse over time. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but this place to buy or service your fountain otherwise you'll be sorry.

Mostly larger pieces. They manufacture most of their items next door I believe. There's a small parking lot. Service is friendly.

I called and within 3 days Johnny was here and replaced the pump in my fountain. They were very careful and thorough. Highly recommend Giannini service and Johnny and his crew. Thanks
