I booked Go Ride for a recent girls Napa trip and it was 5 stars from the very beginning. Easy to book, driver showed up on time, and ready to assist us with any baggage we had. There were water bottles and phone chargers provided which was awesome! Driver was very professional and car was very clean. Will definitely be using Go Ride for future trips and even group airport rides.

I called Go Ride 24/7 for a limo service last minute for my daughter's Prom because this other company cancelled on us for some reason that they didn't even take there time and explain the reason why they cancelled. I am very thankful to Go Ride 24/7 limo service for an amazing job they did from A to Z! I was so touched by their actions. I would strongly recommend this company for everything.

We visited Napa celebrating our anniversary along with another couple celebrating their anniversary as well. We booked a 6 passenger limo. The driver, Mikhail, called me that morning and introduced himself, as well as his precise arrival time at our hotel.

Mikhail was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable of the area and the wineries, made great suggestions for lunch and photo opportunities, and overall was just such a wonderful guide and driver for the day!

I cannot wait to go back and request Mikhail again, and I will definitely recommend Go Ride 24/7 and Mikhail as the driver to my friends who are heading out there this fall.

I recently used Go Ride to get from Walnut Creek to SFO and the experience was very professional and smooth. I was able to easily book a couple days before my trip. Driver showed up on time and with a very clean vehicle. He was very professional and helped me with my bags. I ended up booking him for when I am returning to SFO.

This service is as advertised. We scheduled round trip to SFO AIRPORT. The communication was excellent from the beginning to the end. They had sent me the name and phone number of the drivers the day before my pick ups.
We had a 3AM pick up from my home in Antioch to SFO airport, the drivers were very professional and was there about 10 minutes before expected time to airport which relieved my anxiety. The large SUV was clean and comfortable.
My return airline trip not only changed airlines and times but was also late. The return trip was great too, he was there when we walked out of airport. There was no waiting and no stress.
The service had sent me a text at the very beginning of our contract so any change I had I was able to simply send a text to them and immediately I received a response from them. The return pick up was just as easy with no stress, even with my late international arrival.
I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for future transportation needs.

We went on a wine tour for a friends' birthday and I'm so glad we chose go ride. Very professional service and the driver was super nice. The car was very clean and they even had water for us. 100% recommend!
