Our LG freezer stopped working on us. We made an appointment online for the following day. Max arrived on time. He was friendly and able to figure out the problem right away. The next day, Max and Derek came for the repair. They provided one year warranty for the part and service. We highly recommend this business!

I was especially happy with Luis, who was meticulous about taking my 13 year old Frigidaire refrigerator apart to determine the problem. He was very thorough and clearly expert at knowing what could be the problem. As he fixed it he explained that the age of the machine could lead to a failed circuit board in the future. Sure enough we got another 4 months before having to replace the entire fridge when the circuit board needed was no longer available. Because they had recently repaired the fridge and were unable to obtain the circuit board, United Appliance Repair refunded me the service fee! That is excellent (and unexpected!) customer service. Ethical and responsive, five stars!

I had an issue with my refrigerator. They came on the same day I called and provided me professional and fast service. The technician explained and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. I appreciated the transparency. He answered all my questions and fixed my refrigerator.

We recently had a fridge issue due to the rolling power outages in the area. They sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix it in about 30 minutes because he already had the needed parts in his service vehicle.
The whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was really impressed with everything, especially our technician Derek. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience working with Lena and Slava at United Appliance Repair. Slava installed a part that was missing on the LG refrigerator door and fixed the noise. A couple of months later, the refrigerator made noise again and froze up. This time, United Appliance Repair fixed the refrigerator under their warranty. We are glad the company stands by their work.
