Granite Expo Pittsburg

This is their outlet store and it's huge! It's a big warehouse with lots and lots of granite slabs, tile, and cabinets at a wide variety of prices. We were not hassled by pushy sales people and when we did have a question, it was answered courteously and professionally. We went there looking for a granite countertop and cabinets. We spent over three hours there before deciding on granite that fit our budget and our space. On the negative side, the cabinet displays were helpful when trying to visualize granite and cabinet combinations but I would go elsewhere for cabinetry. Beautiful on the outside but they seemed cheaply made.

CONSISTENTLY VERY HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PURCHASED MATERIALS!!!!!

I wanted to write an update to express my continued satisfaction with customer service and the materials that we bought for remodeling. Materials are of value. Ray has been great consistently from beginning all the way to the end. Remodeling is stressful enough but Ray made it easy. He's professional, respectful and takes care of his customers. I highly recommend Granite Expo in Pittsburg, CA. You won't be disappointed.

Thomas assisted me and was very helpful! I am a Realtor/Prop Mgr so my clients rely on my expertise when they are updating or remodeling their kitchen or bathroom. They have a great variety of products in the show room with great pricing. This is my go to place for different projects that I manage.

I went to many places to look at cabinets and vanities for my bathroom remodeling. I went to premium places that charged like you to $20k- $40k for a small bathroom remodel and honestly checking out their cabinets, I did not see a difference! It seemed like the same texture, feel,wood and strength as the cabinets here. Even Wayfair had similar( some looked exactly the same style), but were more expensive.

Now they were not the cheaoest( which I found out later for the same item- look at my other reviews), but fair and reasonable prices. I bought my flooring which I love here- Rosun brand which contractor's and flooring people told me was a good brand. I went by the color and my floor cost me 200. In materials.

Thomas was the one who helped me and gave EXCELLENT customer service. Some of the girls there, I questioned their math in figuring my square footage as I could figure it out faster in my brain and corrected them on their calculator. So the next time I went to the Chinese guy bc I know Granite Expo is a Chinese business so I figured he must have worked there long enough with lots of experience and I was right. He knew what he was doing and it went smoothly. He is an asset to Granite Expo. So vanities ran about 700.(42 inches), shower door( 380. Cheaper elsewhere by 60. For same exact door). They had all the handles and granite countertops ( got carrera marble blanco white). Everything you need is there or ca be special ordered and comes in a week. Only thing is 72inch vanities are sold out and out on the ships that are out waiting at sea due to supply shortage issues. So that you may have to wait. This is where all the local contractors go and buy their supplies!

I went yo Granite Expo in Pittsburg CA yesterday for a vanity granite top and sink. I was extremely please with product I picked up. I thought it was priced right and of good quality. Customer Service was good as well. Once I have installed it, I will post photos.

Large warehouse style store with available supplies on the floor. I can see why many people complained about the salespeople...really being cashiers. I'd suggest shopping this location with your contractor. I would have given this location 2 stars, but then I bumped into the discontinue area....on this day Maple cabinetry was it in full force....these were.... Assembled Cabentry for incredibly low pricing...ie $50-60 dollar assembled cabinetry. Cabinets that would normally run $250-450 un-assembled!!! Slap had tempered glass cabinetry doors for !!! That alone almost brought store rating up to 5 stars.

With patience and easy going attitude...this may be a good location for you.

Cheap but customer service is terrible. Waited over 30 min to be helped in an almost empty (of customers not employees) warehouse.

This place has everything. Parking , selection and great prices. Love this place and I will continue going here for bathroom and kitchen needs

They are open still through COVID! I went in to buy a kitchen sink, faucet, and bathroom cabinet vanity, all were in stock! The only thing I had to come back and get was the cabinets because they had to put it together still. Great prices, hard to beat, and quality products. I have purchased from them for years and it has always been a good experience.
I love how their store is easy to shop in, everything is separated well and spread out. Great selection of granites and they have sales on some of the granites pretty often. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try if you are doing any kind of home remodeling.

I'm a house flipper / investor I use Granite expo for cabinets - counters ,tile ,flooring ,mirrors ,shower doors ,faucets, vanities .
