great company have cleaned my carpets and my car several times and I have referrred them to several friends who have been thrilled with the service. I highly recommend them. My friend had had her carpets cleaned several time before by other companies and they had never been as clean as when Greenworks came. Would use them again and will continue to refer to others.

I now use Greenworks exclusively for cleaning. The truck mounted cleaner ensures a deep clean.
The carpets will always be damp after cleaning- but drying time is a fraction of others.
I don't expect heavy furniture to be moved (who would) but small items are always moved for cleaning.
Some pet stains just can't come out- but the additional effort and focus was there.

bad customer service. They don't actually realize that there are other companies out there that offer the same service and thus, act as if they hold the standards without thinking about the needs and wants of their customers. Both Sean and Lu are unprofessional and don't actually undertand what customer service means. CUstomers make a business and there are so many small businesses that are out there that geniunely listen to their customers instead of the other way around.

I used Greenworks when I recently moved into a rental home in West Vancouver. I chose the company based off of 3 advertised aspects: pet safe, quick dry time, and good reviews. The technicians were on time (early actually), and very friendly. They completed the service swiftly and thoroughly, caring to advise me of a potential issue downstairs. They also stayed to do a quick quote for hardwood cleaning after I inquired. Overall I was completely satisfied with their service and would use them again!

First time using them after reading raving reviews and I am not impressed. Not only were they late, they didn't do what was originally asked / quoted. My mattresses and carpets are still wet. And they left my windows open to let in all the wildfire smoke. Thanks.

Great job cleaning our carpets especially the kids playroom, was not sure they could get all the stain out but they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

He did an excellent job. So clean . He helped me to replace items. I really recommend him . ( 4 bedroom and 15 satires with hallway gets so clean.

We needed our carpets cleaned so I phoned around and I was surprised how cheap Greenworks was compared to the other cleaners. I later found out they clean just one side of the carpet whereas the other cleaners clean both sides and also take your carpet away for 2 weeks. Since we have no pets and our carpets weren't excessively dirty, we thought we would go with Greenworks. They did a fantastic job and our carpets look brand new. I am very happy I went with Greenworks and saved a ton of cash. The carpet cleaner was also friendly and professional.

Great service. Very professional and fairly priced. Had really bad pet stains in my apartment. When I wasn't happy with the amount they had been removed they came back and gave another treatment right away. Sean is great and was very helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Reasonable price. Good job done. Also cleans tile flooring, getting grout cleaned (not easy!). On time and professional.
