I found him to be very competent analyzing the problem quickly, efficient in ordering parts and scheduling the repair work. After researching for parts he also delivered news that my oven could not be repaired without beating around the bush. I like good news communicated fast, but I appreciate bad news delivered faster so I can make other plans.

I highly recommend Tony and his company due to his expertise and professionalism. Maybe my oven couldn't be fixed because the manufactured discontinued my model, but I bet he can fix your appliance.

We had an emergency problem with our washing machine. Within the day, Tony, the owner and technician was able to locate the manufacture part and came over to fix our problem. The cost for the service was very reasonable as well! He was very knowledgeable, responsive, a straight shooter, and has proven to be a very trustworthy and skilled professional. I'm so glad I found him. He really goes out of his way to help his customers. I highly recommend Tony!

Nobody calls for appliance repair unless they're having a crisis of sorts. When that happens, Tony is just who you want coming to your home. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and thorough. He explains everything he is doing--in more detail to my husband, who used to work in the trades; and more succinctly for me, who just wants everything up and running again. The older I get, the more I appreciate good people, and I am grateful I can call Tony when things go sideways.

5 years later. My dryer died on my again. There is only one person I'd call for this. Tony came out and fixed the issue, advise that I buy a clean out for my dryer vent to prevent this from happening again.

Due to my dryer vent pipe not being serviced, it blew out one of the systems on my dryer. Tony came in and replaced it.

He was prompt, professional, and communicated well.

Dryer broke and I found that this place had a lot of reviews so I decided to give him a try. I called Tony on Wednesday and he told me how much it be once I agreed he ordered the part and told me it would be 1-2 days and he would let me know when it was in so he could do the repair. He called on Thursday afternoon when the part was in and came right over and fixed it. Very nice guy even gave us some tips to keep the dryer in good running order. He took the dryer completely apart fixed it cleaned the inside it looked like new and it working better than ever. Happy customer. I will definitely call him for repairs again. He does prefer cash.

Washing machine issues. Knowledgeable; decent; outstanding communication skills; reliable advice re: repair vs. purchase. In my case he recommended purchase after he found two major problems with the 22 year old machine.

I had an issue with my electric dryer and gave Tony call. Tony came out the next day and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I'm super appreciative of Tony's responsiveness, reliability, efficiency, and knowledge. I'll definitely reach out to Tony again if I encounter issues with other appliances.

My mom has a built-in Chinese gas wok. It was making a loud noise every time she tried to ignite it. I helped her call many places trying to get it repaired. Either I received no return call or the company couldn't help me. I called H.A.R. Appliance Repair and Tony answered my call right away. I explained the problem and he said maybe he can go look at it and see if he can fix it. He went over the next day and repaired it! My mom also had him look at her washer and dryer. She was amazed he knew so much about different appliances. Tony is honest and professional and very good at what he does! Highly recommend this company!!!
