Had a leak from second floor Shower room through kitchen ceiling; had elite rooter in SJ came the day earlier, Elite rooter opened 3 holes in my house and couldn't locate the leak. Called for EJ plumbing, EJ referred me to handy plumbing man. called for service on 11:00am, Marco arrived at 12:15pm. After an hour he located exactly where the leak is. Price is very reasonable, great service and great attitude. Best plumbing service I have ever experienced

I had Jerry and his fellow plumbers (Tomas , Dorian and Walter ) fix my crawlspace sewer plumbing. My pipes were in very bad condition and needed a replacement. Jerry was able to explain the job step by step and also keep me updated with the process of the job.

Jerry mentioned a great idea with my new two way clean out and his UV liner method was able to avoid breaking concrete and digging up my front yard to install a new sewer pipe. He made sure to check up on the work day by day and install everything by plumbing code & standard. He was very confident in his work. Also helped me install my airgap for my kitchen sink (for FREE) and made sure to always check in with me in regards of my plumbing system for my house from top to bottom.

I've been working for Daniel M. and Bo T. for a handful of projects and they are exceptional plumbers. Very honest with their estimate of effort, time and cost.

I had a leak under my 2nd floor shower and they were able to work with me to open up walls and diagnose the issue. Within 12 hrs they were able to bring a team and help install the necessary connections and trap.

All in they were done within a few hours and met me to collect a check on their way to the next job. Very fast and efficient. 5-stars all around.

I went to home depot to replace my tub spout but ran into the issue of the previous plumber's work being bespoke af.

I had an emergency situation with my kitchen sink pooling inside the crawlspace, and Rafael and his team were lifesavers. They responded promptly, coming out the day after my call, and did an excellent job cleaning up and sanitizing the area. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Later on, I had a few smaller leaks in the crawlspace, and I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again. Two representatives (plumbers) promptly showed up. They first called to ask if they could arrive earlier than the original scheduled window of time (originally we were scheduled from noon to 2 PM PST, they arrived at 11:50 AM PST). Demonstrating to us their communication and efficiency were of a high standard. On arrival they introduced themselves in person along with texting and emailing their ID's - Jose Gomez and Ismael Mijangos.

Both were very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable with their discipline/specialty (i.e., plumbing). They assessed our plumbing issue, explained clearly the cause of our issue, offered a fair quote/estimate, and offered a discount (after discussing pricing and warranties).

They had all the necessary parts on site and efficiently completed the repair (and even went above and beyond to perform a little extra detail work in another area that was not part of the original quote, which we appreciated). They left everything looking clean and new, too, which is another thing we appreciated.

After our experience with Jose and Ismael, we highly recommend them and their company Handy Plumbing Man. Ask for Jose and Ismael!

Warning - do not trust the estimate you get and get a second opinion! We were given a non-itemized estimate for a full replacement of a backflow preventer (almost $3k) without them doing any investigation.

Something did not sit well with us so we called our normal plumber (not open 24/7) on Monday, who came out and replaced a simple gasket. The only reason for a full replacement would have been serious damage.

Also the incorrect diagnostic visit cost us $150.

Do your homework unless you'd like to be ripped off! There must be more fairly priced 24/7 services out there.

Bo and Daniel were perfect. They showed up on time (at least an hour sooner than I expected), reviewed our water heater issue and provided a thorough, unhurried explanation of what they recommended, then got straight to work. Three hours after I called, our new water heater is installed and the work area cleaned up better than they found it .

Rafael was super efficient and professional. He dug out piles of stuff from the front clean up interface, diagnosed the root cause and suggested us to call the city so that will be free for us, and collected all the mess. He finished all the above within 10 min and didn't charge for anything (I insisted and sent a tip to expressed our gratitude).

Personally I will always call Rafael directly in the future if I have any plumbing issue in the Bay Area. I feel very lucky to have met him.

I needed to change out my bathtub faucet cause they are ancient. I had at least five different companies come and take a look at it. Several companies gave me outrageous quotes and had no follow up.... They basically ghosted me after taking the measurements and stuff. My bathtub had no access point so it was a difficult project. Handy plumbers Jose and Ismael were the last to come by. They told me straight forward I needed to get the tiles cut out and gave me the number to a guy for it. They were the only helpful plumbers I have encountered!!! And thanks to them, after three months from the initial leaks, I finally had my bathtub faucets updated and replaced! I'm so thankful for their help. I would totally recommend a handy plumbing man!
