Harrison SF Auto Body & Muffler

We had a slight mishap with our Leaf. While other body shops quoted me $2K-$3K for repairs, Kong said he could do it for $600. His work was great you cannot tell anything happened at all. When I asked him why others were so expensive he was like I have no idea this isn't a big deal. The signs for the shop are outdated. It's changed hands and I don't think they do mufflers at all anymore. Highly recommend them!

After 17 years going strong, my '01 Wrangler needed a new muffler. Upon recommendation from my mechanic, I took the car to Simon and Gee - cost was under $100 to replace, which was great! 1-2 years later the muffler was getting really loud, and my mechanic confirmed that the muffler wasn't installed/sealed properly and needed to be replaced again. I now live about 2 hours away from SF but called up and made an appointment with Gee for an upcoming Saturday. When I showed up at the appointment time, the gates were locked and there was no one there to answer the phone. I left a voicemail, but no one ever called me back. Cost me a 1/2 day and $30 between gas and tolls for nothing.

It seems that others give this place good reviews so perhaps I'm the outlier, but bad worksmanship + bad customer service completely ruined this place for me.

I have a '74 Alfa spider. My muffler was growling and loose. I stopped by Toscalito Tire and they recommended Simon and Gee (Harrison body and Muffler). 6th and Harrison.

Stopped by. Mr. Gee showed me the muffler was broken. Said he could fix it right then. 1/2 hour. $80.00. I said OK.

The car is a quiet as can be. I am very satisfied. Not a pretty place. Looks like it was a gas station, maybe.

This auto shop has been my go-to place if I need anything with my cars' maintenance and repairs. My guy Hong and Bao are terrific and super professional. Just thought of giving them the credit and also express my gratitude for their help over the years.

My car was hit and run while it was parked. I was really upset and had no idea what to do, so I asked couple of my friends for advices. I was referred to Harrison sf auto body. After I arrived to the shop , Hong ( I believed that's the owner ) spoke to me very friendly and took a look at the damages and offered me couple options with all the details. He actually gave me time to decide without any rush and pressure ( not like the other shop that I experienced before) . After few minutes later, I decided to have my car fix at here. When my car was completed, Hong called and let me know my car is ready for pick up. As I got there, he walked and showed me the finished work, it was excellent and look brand new again. And the repair only took two business days, it was also detailed before I pick up. ( wash vacuum and wax ) I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car for repairs at Harrison sf auto body. Because they provide the most fastest, reliable, excellent service with pressure free to all the customers.

If you want perfection and honesty,this is the place to go.i recent got into a car print faded last month with my BMW, Hong brought it back blank spanking new. Amazing Customer service and most of all great work. My car looks and drives amazing now! Thanks Harrison SF Auto Body.

Half effort weld job, returned twice after initial visit since something didn't feel right and every time he tells me there's a leak and that he will fix his mistake and touch it up. Had to go to another exhaust shop to fix the leak since the second time didn't show any improvements and the new shop told me the initial job didn't completely weld the top portion of the pipe. Paid to do the same job twice (resonator delete) and wasted so much time.

Asked countless shops about helping me fabricate a midpipe for my bike. Most shops turned me down and some charged way too much. Came to Gee after a pleasant experience with my car and he got it done, at a great price. Would definitely recommend for anything to do with exhaust and mufflers.

I rarely write review for a business as I usually only do it when I got something very bad from the business. (See my portfolio.)

But this auto shop, I really want to write them one good review because of my experience with them.

A few days ago, I stoped by here and dropped off the car to them to get it fix because some of my friend recommended them, saying they do the great work.

So I dropped off and wasn't planning to come back, but next day I was working near by and gone for a coffee break so I just stopped by.

All I saw is this dude, he is using his own hand to feel the paint of my car after the repaint. From what I see, I cannot even tell what is the different, so if he just give the car back to me, I would not tell! But he is so responsible for it! I never see a worker take off his gloves and work like this is his own car!

Sometime, it is not about the price or their work, because I believe that you can get these stuff anywhere. It is about their heart to work, to help you fix your car like the car is their own one!

That is why I highly recommend them from now on!
