HAV Extreme Protection

If you are thinking about protecting your new vehicle investment look no further! Here is my story with HAV Extreme Protection.

Upon picking up my new model s from Tesla I drove it straight to HAV Extreme Protection for full application of paint protection film (PPF) and chrome delete. Prior to choosing HAV I had done my market research and visited a lot different shops for PPF. I chose HAV extreme protection based off Henry's welcoming, friendly and professional attitude. Throughout the entire process Henry provided me with updates and progress with my car. It really made me feel at ease and assured I was taking care of.

Fast forward to when I picked up my car I was even more impressed. The application was flawless and nearly invisible. The attention to details is outstanding and I would highly recommend this shop for PPF, wrapping and chrome delete. I will also be doing ceramic coating later on and will definitely return to Henry and his team! Thank you again to Henry and HAV Extreme Protection Team!

Henry and the guys at HAV Extreme Protection are an amazing bunch! From start to finish, Henry was incredibly attentive and is clearly in the business of helping people. Since I was coming from the states, Henry scheduled extra help to ensure it would be a same day turnaround - without me asking! Henry followed up our appointment with details of how to properly care for the vehicle, too, which is just another display of going above and beyond.

The attention to detail and care that the group provided while working on my car is very obvious. They work on your car as if it's one of their own. Henry even emailed me pictures during the process to keep me updated!

I decided to get my brand new car ppf wrapped after noticing swirl marks on it.

Henry was referred to me, and he did a great job wrapping the whole front and all doors. I wash my car now without giving a second thought to scratches or swirl marks.

Probably what impressed me the most were the follow ups to make sure I was happy. I did go back once for an adjustment, and he was happy to help out.

Lastly, his prices are fair and competitive when I compared with other shops.

Henry, I just want to say Thank you again! You and your team have done an amazing job on the PPF on our Tesla 3. You even helped us fix the tiny dent with no extra cost. It was so pleasant through out the whole process. So friendly, informative and very accommodating.

HAV came with lots of raving reviews. When it was time to get my Tesla wrapped in paint protection film and ceramic coating, I knew I would be using them. Henry did not disappoint. He is super patient and articulate. I had tons of questions and he took his time to make sure I understood everything that was going to be done.

During the process, he kept close contact with me, took pictures along the way, and kept me abreast of any issues that he found. I like that's he's as excited as I was to see the transformation. I like someone who takes pride in their work.

I just got my Tesla back and OMG, it looks amazing! I love it when detailers are super anal and picky, and the workmanship is totally stellar. Don't bother looking around. Just get your PPF done here. He will take care of your baby. ;)

I was looking for a shop to do a PPF wrap on my Tesla Model S. I phoned around to check shops in Vancouver and Richmond . Prices were close for all the shops. I decided on HAV and Henry based on his upfrontness and honesty in addressing my questions and concerns. He spent time explaining things which is a lot more than I can say for all the other shops. When it came to perfoming the work he pointed out there were some "major" scratches at 3 points where the PPF was going. Those scratches were not perceptible to me but he polished them out. After the PPF went on they were hardly noticable unless they were pointed out. Post application he advised me on caring for the PPF and on the additional coating on the rest of the car he threw in! All this work was one in one day. All Covid-19 protocols were taken during my time at his shop. I wish Henry and the crew all the success that he has achieved and into the future.
