All I have to say about these guys is wow!

Needed a job done that a couple other companies said they didn't think they could do. I messaged Jason and he said no problem and was able to book us in in just a couple days. Price was reasonable and it was a great experience.

There are a lot of sketchy HVAC and duct cleaning companies in Vancouver so I am glad I found Home Duct Cleaning. They are legit!!!

Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time and preformed their work in timely manner. Also their expertise in getting additional dryer ducts cleaned was done well.

Jason came on time and provided excellent service just as Yelp reviewers have stated. He cleaned about 20 vents including two dryer vents and 4 bathroom vents without additional cost.

Jason was very professional, honest, and explained everything he was doing. He showed me what he saw and offered helpful suggestions. I would definitely use them again!

It was some time since we had our Ducts cleaned, and had been putting it off, but we made the move to get the job done. I turned to my trusty Yelp app, I looked over the many options, and landed on Homeplus, due to the reviews. We were not disappointed, they arrived, were very friendly, and did the job in no time, and very efficiently. Next time we need this done, they will get the call.

My wife and daughter had terrible allergies and we decided to get our ducts cleaned. Having dealt with many "known" companies, obviously not getting the quality of work needed, I decided to look to our Yelp community. So thank you everyone who took time to share your experiences!

Called Jason and booked an appointment with him. He was on time, very courteous and personable, wasted no time and walked me through the process. Went through the house and blocked off vents etc and started the treatment. A good two hours later, the house had an oil of oregano scent which I found was his natural, non chemical duct disinfectant.

That evening, for the first time my wife didn't have coughing spells and my daughter didn't have itchy eyes!

It's incredible, (and annoying) what he found in our ducts - so, don't waste your money on flashy ads/deals/tele marketers that sound like your lost cousin!
Will be calling him for the next round, for sure!!

Excellent experience and service provided by Jason and Carey.
Connected in advance with Jason over the phone after finding HPDC through Yelp.
He provided a clear quote over the phone for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning (primary purpose) as well as setting up a date and time to do the work.
He and Carey arrived in the time window on the date we scheduled. And quickly set up to do the work once I gave them a tour of the home. Very professional in their set up of taking care of the place...as Jason says 'he treats all homes as if they are his own'. Both he and Carey masked up not only for the work but also the COVID protocols which was much appreciated and didnt require any mention nor enforcing for the several hours that they conducted the work.
Completed a thorough cleaning of the ducts, the dryer, vent plus they did the washroom fans once I found out that this was in their skillset wheelhouse as well.
Jason showed me the before and after pictures and video footage of the cleaning as well as provided guidance on on-going maintenance which I asked for and was appreciated.
They cleaned up after they had completed and left the house as if they had not event been there. That is, other than the dryer was now working properly and the heating system operating in a more efficient way...just in time for the cold snap.

Will definitely be bringing HPDC back for the next service as they managed my expectations up front with quote and explanation of the approach prior to the work, conducted themselves professionally while in the house, showed us the work that was being done, and cleaned up well after. And most importantly...they also got on very well with our 'hall monitor / rules-based" dog ;)

This is probably the best Duct cleaning service in town. Unlike those annoying cold calling big duct cleaning companies. Jason care and serious about his work. 5 stars all the way!

I had Jason come clean the ducts in my client's heritage home in Queen's Park New Westminster. He did a great job, was on time and professional and didn't mind answering all of my random questions.

After he was finished, he showed me a short video of the extent of debris in one of the vents. I could tell immediately afterwards that the air quality and smell had improved in the home.

I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone.

I used Home Plus Duct cleaning the day after I moved into my new home. The previous owners had a large doc that shed a lot so I wanted to make sure that all the vents in my new home were cleaned.

They arrived promptly at the set time of the appointment. I was really impressed with how hard they worked. I was really impressed with the quality of their work. They even had video showing exactly what they they cleaned and what the ducts looked like before and after the cleaning.

Very friendly and very professional, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
