THE WORST PUBLIC PARKING EVER!!!!!
i just moved to Nob Hill San Francisco 2 weeks ago. Found this garage and tried to apply for monthly parking on April 30. was told come back on May 1, then on May 1, was told come back on May 2 and the reason was he forgot the monthly parking application.
I just came there this morning and the guy was not there. After explained to another guy, he called someone then told me he can not do anything, said that the guy is sick and will come back on Thursday??? What???? Such a waste of my time. The worst experience ever!!!

Pricing was decent but they ended up damaging the rear end of my truck. The tailgate and bumper need to be replaced. They backed up the truck into a stall and when i got there, they pulled it out but I didn't look back there until I got to San Jose to stop and eat at a restaurant. I called them to let them know what happened but they didn't want to talk and said they were too busy.
DON'T GO HERE.

Do not park here if at all possible. We did and in the morning the clerk was a no-show!! Was supposed to be open at 6:00 AM and no sign and now word by 8:00 AM! Had to take U era all day for my appointments today. Worst ever. Can I make this zero stars?

My friend was sexually harassed by the attendant working on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 at 4pm. When she pointed out the price he quoted was different from the sign, he agreed to knock the price down "but just for her". He then grabbed her face and kissed her. She was stunned, and tried to laugh it off. He then asked if she had a boyfriend, and if he could kiss her again. She nervously joked that if he gave her free parking he could. He then motioned for her to follow him into the attendant booth (out of view from passers by). She then managed to walk away without further escalation from the attendant and his harassing behavior.

DO NOT DO IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Came back to find my car had been hit in the front and scraped down one side. Massive damage. Before I saw my car the attendant argued with me that I needed to pay in cash and would not give me a receipt..... which, had I not persisted would've given me no proof that my car had even been there. INSIST ON YOUR RECEIPT! Then when the police showed up to do a report the attendant argued on end that he would not provide insurance information for the garage. The police told him he had to provide it and he finally agreed so the cops left and I waited for hours while this information was "on its way". They never provided the insurance information to me, the police or my insurance company.
The only legal recourse you have is to sue them. The corporate phone number no one answers and there are no cameras in the garage, the attendant will try and intimidate you physically. Shady shady business with no integrity.

We parked in this garage for one hour and 54 minutes. The parking attendant said it would be $15. When we pointed out we had not yet been there two hours and it should be $12, he then stated that our 2003 Toyota Highlander was an oversized vehicle, which costs more. (The car is built on a compact chassis.) He kept insisting we owed him $15. I jokingly pointed out his poor math-- $12 plus $10 posted for the oversize vehicle would be $22 not $15. He was insistent and belligerent and obviously we had no choice if we wanted our car. So we paid $15. Just be aware you'll probably get ripped off.

This place gets 0 anything. Disturbing business practices. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! They lost my father's car keys! It took them over an hour to locate the key but his key fob was mysteriously missing. The attendant had no clue how to solve the problem and no remorse or apology for the situation. The "manager" who parked his car the previous day was completely unavailable. They did not resolve the issue but instead explained that my father never turned in his key fob with the key. As if explaining that my father came down with a sudden case of amnesia. Hyde Park, your business practices are disgusting at best.

At 8 am when we arrived to pick up our car, the garage was closed and no one was present on the property. There were people on the sidewalk who had been standing waiting for 2 hours to get their cars. Called the posted phone numbers multiple times with no answer, and had no access to my car all morning without explanation. Terrible.

Don't park here! Valet Parking, we were robbed! Took backpack with IPad, wireless headphones & coat. Went through our suitcases, left them unzipped. We didn't know until we were at the airport. We were only parked about an hour.

$6 for 2 hours and max is $10 for day park ($25 for overnight). Can beat that considering Grace Cathedral was like $10 for 2 hours the last time I went. It can fill up fast if there's a big event and sometimes on Saturdays. You can catch the cable car down or walk to Union Square
