Parked my car here this afternoon. Had a watch stolen from my arm rest compartment while on their premises. I am 100% positive of this. My fault for keeping it in my car. Do not keep valuables in your car in this parking lot. Thought my car would be safe here, I was wrong.

This company is a fraud

They steal high-end luxury, nice cars

You have to give them your key when your car is stolen you'll go to Sedgwick insurance who will never call you and they will never ever pay on your claim

Apparently, apparently the probably even the owners definitely the management and Sedgwick insurance and claims Sedgwick insurance management Sedgwick insurance and Jenna Beal, who is there claims adjuster will never call and follow up with you

You can never contact them. They never return phone calls or answer the phone.

Apparently this is all an inside scam with Impark City Park Sedgwick and Jenah Beale ... but they're not fooling authorities anymore. Too many people this has happened to.

worst parking garage. car was damaged and now have an $8,000 damage on my insurance for something i did not do. i emailed multiple times , went there asking for managers nobody knows where a manager is and never heard back from them and now im beat and my insurance is f***ed. wish i could give 0 stars !

Lied to us about the in and out policy and refused the service they had promised us the next day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give this zero stars I would.NEVER PARK YOUR CAR HERE. My cousins stayed at the Golden gate hotel over the weekend for the grateful dead shows. They thought they found a safe place for their car to be with valet and within close distance. Saturday at 7:05 am the attendant had walked away from their watch station, a strange man walked into the garage and just pulled off with my cousin's car. When my cousins went to pick up their car, the attendant simply told them they didn't know where it was. They were rude and nonchalant, and when my cousin said she was going to call the police they said, "okay go right ahead" They came to find out that the valet company leaves the keys IN THE CARS with the car UNLOCKED. Attendant seemed very suspicious and almost as if he was in on the whole thing. the way he walked off RIGHT as the guy was going in. Idk just don't park your car here if you wanna keep it.

Our go-to parking spot when we go to the Masonic. They've always had the cheaper option when using the Spot Hero app. A quick in and out with the valets.

Pretty upset that the scam the gentlemen here were running. Both me and my in laws parked at the lot -- despite it being $6 an hour and us staying for three hours, they charged us $30 per car and they also asked for cash for the transaction. Only one of the cars caught it and they acted like we were wrong and insisted that "after two hours it's $30" for parking. Don't pay the tourist tax.

Parking rate was advertised as $6/hour. Instead, I was charged $20, not $12, for a 1.5 hour stay, and told there was a "flat rate". Blatant false advertising; avoid this garage if you can.

Super nice attendants and very professional service. The morning crew of Alex, Hamitouche and Daniel are a treat, so if you're planning your trip, I'd recommend hitting this place during their morning shift.

Evening also has friendly and attentive attendants. It's a valet service so they park your car and bring it out for you, minimum fuss.

Parked for overnight on 02/08/2020 and found MULTIPLE SCRATCHES on the front end of my bumper and hood. I didn't notice it until I got home. Yes, my car wasn't washed and looking brand new upon arrival, but I DO KEEP TRACK OF Dents/damages/ SCRATCHES on my car.
