Requested a quote and availability from Yelp. Got response within 10 min. Mike was able to come my house and check my washer within 2 hours. Very efficient work and reasonable price. It's working now. Will definitely recommend Mike for any Appliance Repair!

Mike is reliable and considerate. He installed my dryer and washer in a short period of time and even replaced my dryer vent with a better one that he had on hand.

I reached out to InstantFix Appliance Repair via Yelp when our oven stopped working. Mike G. replied within about 10 minutes, answered my questions, and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly and began disassembling our oven. He was very careful placing parts on mats so they don't scratch our hardwood floors. Within about 10 minutes he diagnosed a faulty ignitor.

He gave us the option of ordering the Samsung part, which would take a few days and cost more. Or he could use another name brand that he had with him that's exactly the same as the Samsung part. We decided to use the other brand, and he began installing it. He even showed us the old part and the new part, and they looked exactly the same. The installation was quick, and he tested the oven several times. It's working like a charm.

While putting all the pieces back together again, he even asked for a paper towel to wipe off the crumbs we had at the bottom of our oven. Then he tested all our burners just to be thorough. Everything was completed within an hour of when he arrived.

Mike is very personable, and gave us a good warranty on the part. Great service and very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again (but hopefully won't need to).

I first met Mike late last year when he was working at a different company. He came by to look at a range hood that was having fan issues and after the diagnostic gave me various options on both repair or replace. Mike also took the time to explain a variety of maintenance recommendations for all of our appliances in the kitchen and HVAC.

Unfortunately life got busy for us so we waited and finally the range gave up and stopped working for us. I then reached out to Yelp for quotes and to my pleasant surprise, Mike, now with his new business, reached out and came to install my new range hood. He did so with extreme professionalism and again, took the time to make additional recommendations and help with some refrigerator clean up on the spot.

Mike is always on time, great communicator, and has a way of explaining things to people (like me) that know next to nothing about appliances. I feel smarter now and understand the importance of creating maintenance schedules for our home.

Will definitely hire Mike again in the future when I have appliance and HVAC needs.

I had really good experience working with Mike on two occasions and usually don't write review but I'm compelled to write this one. First off, Mike is prompt and clear with the communication. He answered my call quickly, responded to the text messages with clarity and clear timeline.
The best part was his troubleshooting skills. I was absolutely thrilled to see him troubleshoot the issue and find the root cause vs this needs to be replaced. I enjoyed his educational tone on the options for fixes vs threatening voice this is bad/broken and you need a new one asap.

Contacted a few repair services after my dishwasher stopped working. Mike replied promptly and stopped by within the hour. He was quick to diagnose and order missing parts, very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond and even fixed a clog under the sink for free. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended which dishwashers to purchase next time. The price quoted was very fair, and I 100% recommend Mike for any appliance servicing.

We contacted Mike since he was recommended by our neighbor. Mike was very prompt in his 'em responses and it was very easy to schedule the appointment. He was clear about the upfront cost and then thoroughly checked our dishwasher. His advice and service were very helpful to fix our dishwasher issue.

Our dishwasher we use all the time lol. So of course its bound for something to break down. Our heating in the dishwasher wasnt turning on so I immediately yelped a few places of course!

And Wow talk about serivice Mike promised a time and he came right on time. Its kinda frustrating when you schedule inhouse repairs and they are late but nope Mike came on time. When he came I automatically wanted to go with him but my hubby likes to hear different quotes so I had another one come on Wednesday he quoted pretty high so i end up deciding to go with Mike! I called him on Wednesday and told him we would like to move forward and he ordered the part. And today he called me asking if he could come install i was like yes!! talk about quickness!!! he quoted me pretty good too i would say. Highly recommended him! Definitely will be calling back for any future services.
