I've been here multiple times and have received excellent service each time.
I've had oil changes and wheel work done so far as well as tire repair and replacement.
Earlier this year, my Ford Fusion had died on me but they were unable to find the exact problem. They had guessed it was a transmission problem but couldn't pinpoint it. Anyway, they suggested I tow it to the local Ford dealer in Oakland since they had more diagnostic tests available there. Thankfully, they didn't charge me for their own diagnosis. Unfortunately, the car itself was a lost cause since the dealer later told me the transmission was dead. It was a total loss since replacing it would've cost me more than the car was worth.

I now have a new (used) car and I will continue going here for years to come.
I highly recommend ITB to anyone who has car maintenance or repairs needed!

Went for an oil change and asked them to check the brake pad wear since this RAV4 is relatively new to me. They gave me new rear brake pads and rotated the tires.....all good.

Price very fair and most polite service received.

Man, this shop is what you remember shops being hella long ago. They do good work, don't mess around, charge a reasonable price, and sell you what you need and that's it. Every single person working there is super nice too. I had a punctured tire and I called up International. They said they had time and the tire to replace. Drive down and had it done in 25 min. Forget the big box shops or the ones that care more about their Instagram followers than their paying customers. International is what's up.

My sister came here to get an alignment done and her brakes. She was satisfied with her service in terms of the alignment. But, when she texted me and asked if it was normal to get quoted $500+ for front brakes I was immediately taken aback because tf? Based on how highly rated this place is, I don't understand how this price was reached. Did the quote include rotors as well or, simply brake pads? I don't know the full story since she left without asking them the questions I had sent her but, even still that price was absolutely unreasonable.
We wound up getting everything we needed to complete the brake job (brake pads, new rotors, tools etc) and lo and behold, she didn't even need brake pads. I can't imagine going into a shop, not knowing much about cars, getting quoted this amount, only to not need them. Would they have gone forward with replacing them and STILL charging her? Or would they have done the right thing and not continued? Speculation is a messy way of thinking, but the intention of this post is to be absolutely certain you need the services necessary especially in this financial climate.

I wasn't planning to go this route. But when I heard the dealer prices for an engine oil change, tire rotation and transmission oil change, I was aghast and decided to turn to yelp. Routine maintenance has almost been a habitual dealer visit for me, but when they take advantage of this inflationary air of late to charge ridiculum, I had to fight back. My fisticuffs lead me to yelp and one of the site's blessed utilities--multiple quotes.

I got quite a few, but none were better than International Tires & Brakes. I was a bit hesitant, though, because it was on International Blvd., which can be in the shady part of town, and I don't mean lined with big, tall sun-shielding trees. But as I got there, I saw that the place looked legit, and the area was quiet-industrial, so i felt secure and relaxed.

The manager, Mark, had communicated with me through yelp clearly and well. Which is why I was willing to take the drive out there in the first place.

Mark had said it might take two hours, which, from experience, was a standard wait time for this kind of service. And, definitely, it was no problem because the wait area, though not big, had comfy chairs and a clear big screen to keep me occupied. And for those who might prefer to catch some more vitamin D, seating also available outside.

Almost an hour in, I thought I'd go and take my power 30 minute stave-off-a-myriad-of-health-threats walk. But Mark totally surprised me when he said that my car was going to be ready in five minutes! Really?? That must be a record for beating a car service ETA! I mean by half? And a whole one hour? They gotta give them some kinda trophy/badge for this. Kudos to the International Tires and Brakes service team!

I drove the car off the lot. Man, it felt different. Smooth, sharp, happy. Was it the new oil coursing through its parts and gears? Or the driver's psyche from paying a great dealer-demolishing price for stellar service? Me thinks a little bit of both.

i came in to get a flat tire repaired and wow service was quick and easy. i was able to come in this saturday morning around 11 and was all done within 20-25 min. they even checked and filled the tire pressure for the other tires as well. the cost of repair was just $49! i would recommend this shop! and i will definitely be back if i need any services for my tires. thank you guys for saving me time and money without having to buy just 1 tire for a flat. :)

About a month go, my tire light came on and didn't feel comfortable driving all the way home from work so I stopped by here to have it checked. turns out, near the valve of the tire was damaged. So had them replace it. 15 mins later and $35 I was on my way. I noticed they did other services besides tires and made mental note.
So, now it's been a minute (ok, about a year) since I had my old changed. Light never came on, but then my commute is 8 minutes and not 25 miles which could sometimes take me an 1.5 when I lived down south. I also had a great mechanic in LB so was hesitant and I sure as hell wasn't going to pay dealership service charges and then tell me I needed something "extra".
Got off work early and called to see if they had availability for that day. Yes they did. 5 mins later, I was here (conveniently located near my job) no frills, no upcharge and 30 min later, and 79.00 voila, synthetic oil change and good to go for another 6 months. Friendly, better bureau registered and registered with State of CA. Legit service. Cash or Debit card only. Says it on the wall, I'm saying it in the review so no excuse to say ya didnt know.

Friendly service, clean facility, efficient, and affordable. The mechanics are all super personable and knowledgeable. I've been here twice for brakes and oil changes, and I will keep coming back.

Called International Tires & Brakes at 7:30am to schedule brake pads at 2p. When I arrived @2p,
they had the brake pads and took me right away.
I left 40 min later with my newly installed brake pads. They charged $198 plus tax as quoted. I highly recommend them.

Just got two new tires, balanced, and installed plus pressure on all 4. Courteous and professional staff. The 45 minute wait went by in a flash. At check out, the staff person notified me that the tire pressure indicator would light up after a few minutes on the road. This much appreciated reminder made the drive from the shop much easier.

Will be using this place for future oil changes and regular maintenance - and any tire/brakes needs. Closer and less expensive than Mazda dealer!
