Inview Travel Reliable bus Rental

I reserved a 55 passenger bus to take us to my son's funeral.
The funeral started at 11:00am 3/14 so I confirmed with Inview (Cindy) the day before the funeral our dates and time requirements. We were assured the bus would arrive on the agreed time 9:30am 3/14 as stated in the written contract. We paid 100% including tip on 3/12/2020.

On the day of the funeral 3/14 we had 45 people waiting for the bus in front of the Marriott City Center. At 9:30 I call to inquire about the bus and was told by Inview travel the bus was late due to rain but our drive Mike would be there shorty 10 minutes. At 9:55 no bus so we called again this time we were told they don't know what happen and would call us back. 10:10 am No call back so we called them back the owner said they never dispatch the bus but they are getting a driver and he should arrive around 11:10am. The funeral stated at 11:00am in Richmond 45 minutes away so we told him that would not work. We called family and. Friends, Uber and Lyft and arrived just in time for my Sons funeral.
To add insult to injury the owner of Inview travel said because we wouldn't wait for the 11:10 bus we cancelled. WOW! The next day we. Received a refund stating our bus a cancelled due to the Coronavirus.

Inview Travel is not reliable or trustworthy I would NOT recommend them.
