Amazing service! 10 person party bus was booked for Prom. They were in constant contact from the beginning of the trip to the end. Text updates about arrival & departure were appreciated.
Everyone I spoke to from booking to completion of the ride were awesome. We will definitely use again.

I booked 5 Star CLS for a trip to Napa from SF and it was a great experience. Firstly, they have the best rates I could find in the Bay Area and a great range of vehicles at different price points.

Our driver arrived on time and was very accommodating for any stops we needed to make and changing our drop off point.

We were 12 people in a sprinter van that could fit up to 18. They had comfortable seats, drink holders, and ability to play your own music.

Lastly, the booking process was very easy. I was able to communicate with the business via Yelp and make a reservation within a week's notice.

Overall, if you're looking for a limo service in the Bay Area for any occasion, I highly recommend this company.

I used 5 Star CLS for a recent dual birthday celebration. Ernest was a pleasure to work with and he found just the right vehicle to accomodate our party in total comfort. The 14 person Mercedes sprinter van was spotless, smooth riding and fun, with music and lights. Our driver Sam was early and got us to our destination and back, with pick ups and drop offs in between, flawlessly despite the torrential downpour! I will definitely use 5 Star CLs again and highly recommend them to anyone needing transporation for any occassion. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars!

Everything went well. The pickup was perfect, needed an extra 10 min. So then no problem I ask a little earlier pick up tbecause I am disabled and sometimes, not able to move too fast! Pickup was flawless too. The best part was that even though I am handicapped I was not given a hard time about taking 10 extra minutes to get myself into the car! I also found their rates were the best of all the other limo places who replied to my request for a quote! I had used Uber a couple times. One guy was so rude when I had trouble getting myself to his car fast enough threatened to leave me. I had let him know I was physically challenged and I was travelling alone. He finally agreed to take me but drove me from Walnut Creek to SFO in a terrifying manner. I let Uber know, they refunded me the money but it wasn't about that. I have taken Limos for years (my last driver retired after 20 years). I was so traumatized I will never take another Uber to the airport and I have had anxiety attacks for the first times trying to take an Uber since! So you can imagine that this limo service has been an answer to my prayers and I will hopefully be able to have this wonderful limo service (they deserve their name definitely 5 stars!!) on all my future trips!!

I had a very good experience with 5 Star Limo for transportation for a dinner in San Francisco with friends. They were prompt for arrival, clean, courteous and all around very happy with service. Ernest responded quickly for a quote and always answered all my questions. I will use his services again if I ever need to.

Incredible experience for my son's 18th birthday. Rented the Party Sprinter Van to take us from South City to LB Steakhouse on Santana Row and from the customer service of working with Earnest to the driver assigned, Benny made for an incredible night. Earnest was forthcoming early on, even letting me see the fleet prior to booking. Night of Benny was prompt and courteous. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from doing a cold search on Yelp.
