IRBIS was very responsive and completed the job efficiently. We noticed a hole in a 1st floor duct on a Friday and needed it repaired quickly. IRBIS was the only company that could come out within 1 business day. Their technician came Monday morning, went into the crawl space and found that rats had invaded the area and had chewed through most of the old ducts. He recommended replacing all 6 ducts and gave me 3 options for taking care of the problem. I agreed to a reasonably priced option to replace all 6, and the scheduler gave me a call. He said they schedule two weeks out but he was able to squeeze me in within a couple days and the job was completed by 5pm on Thursday that same week. What seemed like a huge problem was resolved quickly and we have clean air again. Thank you IRBIS!

I scheduled an appointment for HVAC Maintenance. The company was very communicative in letting me know the appointment was confirmed and sent a link so I could track the service technician on the day of the appointment. The Service Technician was Edgar. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable about his job. Respectful and a nice guy. He found the issues right away and changed some parts. The company is very electronic so you get estimates emailed to you instantly. Edgar did a great job and I signed up for twice a year maintenance calls to make sure everything continues to operate well.

Our AC was not running because the refrigerant went low. I consulted with multiple technicians and eventually chose to work with Brandon. He communicated and explained the technical issue really well, and solved the issue fast. And we get enrolled in their yearly maintenance plan.

Called IRBIS to service our gas wall furnace; our pilot light was not staying lit. Technician arrived at our residence and provided excellent service. He remedied the issue to our satisfaction. Will definitely call again for any future issues.

I had IRBIS come for routine HVAC maintenance for our house. The technician was knowledgeable and was patient in explaining things to me. I ended up subscribing to their comfort club subscription plan which has them come once in the spring and once in the fall for routine maintenance ($299 per system for the year). It's a little pricey but it's one less thing I need to worry about. The only area of improvement I can think of is that communication with their team via email/text was a little slow and disjointed.

Hired to swap traditional water heater out for a new heat pump water heater. They were prompt in responding to me, getting a knowledgeable estimator out, and in getting the work done. The problems were in communication and the rebates. Project manager did not communicate critical details to the install team, someone forged my signature on paperwork, and they didn't disclose the requirements of rebate program, which I now have learned requires signing up for a more expensive energy rate for at least a year and being enrolled in a program for 3 years to limit energy use during peak hours. Had I known this ahead of time, I would've selected another company.
