They are professional , quick to respond and reasonable. They explained to me what I need and recommended necessary steps to get my dryer vent to work again efficiently and effectively. They are pleasant and respectful. I would definitely recommend them and I would hire them again for the dryer vent cleaning yearly . Thanks.

We were looking to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system in the summer. We had multiple companies come out and provide estimates, and decided to go with Jaguar for a new heat pump system. We worked with Mustafa through this process, who was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns.

On the day of the installation when temps hit 110 degrees, the install team came promptly in the morning. They worked efficiently to replace our old system and complete the install of the new system within the day. 

The whole process was professional and hassle-free, and we will not hesitate to call Jaguar for our future needs. Highly recommended!

Since year 2016 installed the new AC system, we had temperatures problems, when the weather got hotter，the inside house temperatures were between 88 to 95 with the condition on.
So we called company which installed it every year. Later we started finding different companies to fixed up. All the people came over fixed after they were gone, the situation back to before.
So my husband and I talked about right off this, change a new one. It was over ten thousand dollars equipment, really had hard time to through it away.
Three days ago, I contacted the Jargar conditioner and air. I guy came over Listen to our statement patiently.
He spent hours in and out of the house with over one hundred degrees temperature.
He found a huge piece cardboard inside of the Air conditioner. It was there for nine years since it installed, cost a lot of money each time when we called people to fix.
And savings bigger Budget to replace it!
I could tell the name of the company which was installed it, and I decided to not to.
Told those experienced with my poor English, it is trying to tell people some of not good company over there, you should choose them carefully.

AC stopped working amid this Sacramento heat wave and it was an instant crisis. Heard horror stories about places that will always recommend a new unit, so went with a place we used before - Jaguar and prayed for the best.

Luckily we got someone super skilled and very professional. Dude's name is Aldrin. He diagnosed the problem right away, and let us know exactly what was going on with our unit which was fine. The problem was the breakers, wires and thermostat. He fixed it affordably and showed genuine interest in our home being safe from the heat.

I will never call another heating/air place again. Jaguar is the literal best. Megan also helped us from the office and was professional and seemed to sense our urgency. Great employees here!

Update to my previous review. The owner reached out to me about the review and the driver's irresponsible driving. Even though I wasn't the one who was cut off, I genuinely appreciate it. I changed the one star to 3, as I have never had a service from the company.

Maybe you should train your drivers not to drive like a**hats! This morning around 7:20 there was an accident on 50 going westbound and only two lanes. So, one lane of cars had to get over to the other lane. No big deal accidents happen. Every other car and one car gets over. We'll it was your drivers turn to let the car from the other lane over, the car was almost over and your driver rushed to cut them off, not letting the car over and then proceeded to carizily speed off, just past the accident. Driving like that makes people question the business itself. By the way, I was not the car that was cut off. I've never done business with your company, but this does not allow me to post a review without adding at least one star.

GUYS! Clean up your installation mess. You guys did an install today at my neighbors and left a nice mess in front of my house where you parked.

Many years ago Jaguar helped my Mom get an old gas wall heater that no other company would touch working again to keep her comfortable. It worked for years to come and I appreciated how they took care of her. When my AC was unable to keep up with the heat I made Jaguar my first call. The technician made some adjustments and said we had some time on our existing system. I was ready for a replacement though and asked for a heat pump quote. I took my time getting bids from others and researching systems. During that time our Jaguar sales rep Peter was helpful in explaining the technical specs of the systems. In the end we chose a system with Jaguar. The installation was well done, the crew was respectful and clean, and the system has worked perfectly since. Thank you so much for running an honest business providing quality service in Sacramento!

Great experience with Jaguar Heating & Air. Mustafa was extremely pleasant and clear with what he recommended for our home. I got several quotes for our new HVAC system, and they were clear, competitively priced and so pleasant to work with.

I added an additional duct pipe and new vent to my living room, Esteban provided me with an estimate, he was very friendly and helpful; during installation appointment, Jesus was very efficient and knowledgeable and listened very carefully to my concerns! Thank you!

In checking with neighbors on local companies, Jaguar had the best recommendations so they were my first choice. Had been looking to obtain quotes for a new system for about a month. But... our AC went out late Wednesday evening. Contacted Jaguar Thursday morning and they had tech Braxton out by 4pm same day! Amazing customer service, fast, reliable and honest!

We fully expected to purchase a new system but all that was needed was a part. We will be in need of a system sooner than later and Jaguar will get our business. Highly recommend!

Mark and Jaguar Heating and Air was a God-Send to me. I contacted them this morning, told them I am 66 yrs old ,and haven't had AC for 3 weeks. He was here in the afternoon. Last week I had another company, Haddon, and he quoted me $24,400.00 He said it was not fixable. He was a very nice young man and I enjoyed talking with him. The price was just too high. When Mark came today he fixed it for Less than $700.00!!! Mark told me it will need to be Replaced eventually, and that the parts he charged me for today will be used toward when I do replace my AC after January.
He was great! Got it running in less than 30 minutes Please get a second opinion whatever you are purchasing
I will always use Jaguar for my Heating and Air Conditioning needs!
