Fantastic team came in and quickly replaced our 23 year old HVAC with a new one. They worked hard and efficiently until the work was done. I have already referred them to a few friends. Great company!

Jose came out to provide us with a quote for multiple plumbing issues and we were really happy with his services. He was professional, thorough in his assessments, and walked us through the quote.
As a daughter that lives out of state while trying to help my mom maintain her home here in California, I also appreciate folks who are personable and make her feel comfortable. Jose was just that.
We'll be moving forward with Jazz Heating and Air Conditioning and plan to get an HVAC quote from them as well.

Jeremy did an excellent job working with us on what we needed. Our home is a bit older than most, and we had to replace everything. So it was excellent that he could offer financing as well.

We were scheduled for a 2 day install but Hero Team#07 did it all in one day. That was absolutely fabulous since it is summer time in the Central Valley - when 90°F is considered cool!

The team arrived promptly at 8am, laind drop cloths everywhere they were doing work and was busy non-stop all day. We all work form home and one of us work nights (so is asleep during the day) - but were were able to contiue our day as usual with very minimal disturbance. (Don't ask the cats for feedback, though. Two of them hid somewhere all day. They were not happy about noises in the attic. And my maine coone stayed close to me the whole time.)

Before they left, they walked us through the system, showed us the electrical upgrades they did to ensure safe operations of our new system, showed us how our new Google Nest Gen3 Learning Thermostat worked using our cellphones, and they absolutely cleaned everything up. It was a lot to clean up since all our ductwork also had to be replaced.

They still need to come back for Title 24 HERS Testing and for the City's Final inspection. Also, as things settle, we might also call them back to adjust the dampers in the attic if we need them adsjusted. I'll update this review when those are completed.

Pointless. The service specialist was trying to sell me a part that was recently "NEWLY" purchased for about $14, wanted $314to replace it, and that wasn't even the problem. Had a different company take a look at it and not only did they show me there was nothing wrong with the capacitor, it was the compressor and also advised me my home warranty would either repair/replace it for the cost of my deductible ($85).

Thanks for nothing Jazz. Change your business model and stop price gouging during time when customers are most vulnerable (heatwave).

Ben gave us a call before he's on his way and give us a couple options regarding installing RO filter systems. He's very polite and knowledgeable and answer all the questions we have. Plus he did not pressure us to make the decision for this time. I would recommend Jazz. Thank you for keeping a good company culture and good value. We truly appreciate it.

These guys are dishonest. They do not operate 24/7 as they claim. All you get is an automated response in the chat, where they suggest you call or fill out a form on their website to get on their schedule. But their form is just a way to collect your information; you will never actually get on their schedule. I don't know how good they are at their job, but lying right from the start when introducing a client to their company is a bad sign.

Even though I didn't use this company they were responsive and professional.
Nothing is worse than waiting days for a reply from a service you need.

Jazz worked with us to replace a broken water heater. They were prompt to respond to changes in our scope and included many features (sediment trap, flexible fittings) that were extra cost with other businesses.
Tony was friendly and efficient and left the work area clean. He also answered all my questions about temperature setting and maintenance (if any). Would use them again in the future.

Summary: if you have an HVAC system older than 5 years or you don't know the age, they can't service it. If you need water heater services in the sacramento area, they can't service it.

I had the intention of using this company because they advertised services for water heaters and HVACs - two birds, on stone, and great reviews. But when I called to make an appointment, I was told that water heaters in the Sacramento area is not a service they provide even though it says so on the website. Ok fine, I still wanted HVAC services though. At the time of my first call, I answered all the necessary questions about the home and system - what I didn't know was the exact age of our system but I told that operator we bought our house 3 years ago so I didn't know the age but it wasn't brand new. The operator went through with scheduling an appointment anyway, sent reminder texts and emails and all was good. Then I get a voicemail from someone saying they have questions - questions I already answered during the first 15 minute phone call, so I figured must have been a mistake because they have all the info. When no one showed up for the scheduled appointment, I called only to find out the appointment was placed on hold because they do not service systems older than 5 years old. Since I didn't know the age, they wanted ME to send THEM a picture of the system that's ON MY ROOF for them to decide whether or not they can come out... Nowhere on the website does it say they only service systems less than 5 years old. I've been misled to think this company offers services in my area when in fact they don't, and I'm incredibly upset at being made to feel like I'm the one in the wrong for having my appointment put on hold because they needed information that I already provided. On top of which, what's the percentage of people in this area who have systems less than 5 years old?? I'm sure once the service people actually come out they do a good job, but I wouldn't know because no one ever came out. I STRONGLY recommend they do a better job training their phone staff - both regular and after hours staff - so I don't waste 2 hours of my morning waiting for someone who isn't going to show up. I STRONGLY recommend they update their website to reflect their services ACCURATELY based on area and equipment.

When my AC stopped producing cold air, I contacted several contractors via Yelp. Jazz was the only one able to schedule a visit on the same day. Diego arrived in a few hours, diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally, and provided several options for repair and improvement. He demonstrated transparency and expertise throughout the process. Excellent service!

Brandon came out and diagnosed our issue and he was professional and polite. The office called the next day to schedule my a/c repair and they did a quick and complete repair. I highly recommend them.
