Jessie Square Garage

Not as crowded like the more popular parking garages near the Metreon and Westfield mall. The entrance to the parking lot is hidden so not many people know its there. I always park here during the holidays because I feel it is more secure and I always find parking.

This garage is amazing. Need to go to the Four Seasons hotel but don't want to pay their rates, this is the place. It's so close it's ridiculous but this alone isn't the reason i am loving this spot.

I was on my way out, hands full of stuff. I asked the gentleman who was cleaning the place if i can leave it here and come back with my truck and load it up. He agreed to let me leave it there since i parked really close.

So i was F ing up trying to pay and he comes over and helps me, which in other parking garages nobody can be bothered to look your direction. Then when i pull up he helps me and hands me the things i left on the ground there. Amazing, just above and beyond.

Park here, the rates are fair, only downside is they close at 11:00pm so don't forget that.

Everything is broken in this garage. The elevators do not work. The ticket machines do not work. The gates are broken and now the machines don't accept cash. Knowing this you'd think the owners would keep an attendant there later to help with customers but they still leave at 11pm sharp. And all of these repairs haven been needed for months now. Worst parking garage in the city.

Been renting monthly since July 2022. No issues whatsoever. My favorite thing is they lock the doors at night (11:00pm) where no one can get in or out. Some have complained about this in other reviews but the hours are posted everywhere (6:00a - 11:00p) and as long as you are aware of this, it's not an issue.

The only improvement I would mention would be to the online portal, IM Park. It is an older website and could really use a facelift. It doesn't always work on my phone and so I need to login on my computer. Also, no one has ever answered the phone when I had a question on billing.

The staff at the entrance gate is not trained on anything regarding monthly payments and will just give you a phone number (same one as online). Besides this, I've never had any issues getting in or out.

Monthly payment is auto withdrawal and they mail you a plastic key card when you first sign up.

SF garage parking has been shady lately due to the increased amounts of break-ins. However, we were very satisifed with this garage. We were staying nearby and did not want to pay overpriced hotel parking. They open from 7am-11pm and you can leave your car there overnight with peace of mind since they lock the garage at nighttime.

Garage was not too crowded since a lot of people did not know about it. For the safety of our cars, the price was actually not that bad and justified.

The only problem is trying to get to the garage since it is on a small side street (Stevenson Street) and it looked like a one-way street, but it was not. It took us a few attempts to find it, but the reward was sweet.

Would definitely recommend this hidden gem!

Opted to park here instead of using the valet from our hotel because $80 to have someone park your car is absurd (maybe not in the city but still). The parking garage is underground, accessible through a street that looks like an unassuming ally. The rate was very reasonable (I think $35 for 1 day) considering the prime location. Once you've parked, u can access it by foot via an elevator near St. Patrick's church. Overall satisfied.

Stuck in this garage for over an hour with 3 young kids. Ticket machine didn't work and garage was not staffed even though we were trying to leave during posted hours. No one answers the intercom button and took over 45 min to reach anyone on the phone to come let us out. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Car is parked inside a building so I can feel safe but entrance to the parking lot is still unknown after parking.

ONLINE & YELP closing time is not correct!! It is 6 pm instead of 11 pm..

Last week I parked here but forgot to notice, they close at 6pm. I couldn't took my car out post 6:30pm and had to spend night there.. Worst experience and no one is reachable on phone..

No parking garage attendant. Lost my ticket and I couldn't access the parking lot without it. Location is sketchy and hard to find
