Jesus Alvarez Landscaping

Jesus and his team replaced our cement driveway (due to roots) with pavers. His quote was very reasonable and he was extremely accommodating throughout the project, working with us along the entire way and providing honest feedback if we had questions or ideas. His team is extremely hard working and you can tell he and his team take great pride in their work and craftsmanship to ensure the final product come out as promised and designed (if not better!).

I decided to work with Jesus to re-landscape my backyard a couple of weeks ago and the process so far has been really great and seamless!

I texted Jesus and he came a couple days later to learn about the project and give me a quote. He got back to me a few days later with a reasonable price. I made some adjustments, we agreed on a price, he ordered the dumpster and started work a week later. He and his guys have made quick demo work of the existing grass, concrete, and deck as seen below. He and his team have been extremely nice and professional.

I'm looking forward to seeing and sharing the final product after concrete, turf, lighting, and irrigation installation in a few weeks!

We hired Jesus based on his reviews here on Yelp and after meeting him in person. The reviews here could not have been more on point!
He was on time for our first meeting. He quoted us a fair price. He started the job on time and finished ahead of schedule. His crew was professional, polite and they cleaned up during the process which was very important since the job was on a busy street that has heavy foot traffic.
Jesus was very honest with the scope of work. We discussed options for our project and he came up with a product that would be durable, economical and would suit the needs of the area we were addressing. It had been an eyesore for years and a constant weeding problem that we wanted a solution for. We will be using Jesus and his crew in the near future to address the front yard. We would highly recommend his company.

We needed some landscaping and deck work done for our front and back yard.. Looking on yelp, I reached out to Jesus and a few other landscaping companies. From the first time he came over to bid the job, he was professional, honest, and straight forward. I am so glad to chose Jesus and his crew. These buys know what they are doing. Most importantly, Jesus is very easy to work with and he is very trustworthy. When we ran into complications (like all construction jobs do) he was very easy to work with and ultimately come up with good solutions.

Although we just wanted to repair our deck, we ended up building and expanding our deck completely, just because I could trust him and his crew. He also ended up building a new retaining wall as well as an entire water proof storage unit under our deck as well. All of this for a very reasonable price and high quality work.

I will recommend Jesus and his crew 100%.

Just to note, we are just finishing a 1 year remolding project, and this is the first and only review I have written. Besides our stucco company, Jesus was the only one who inspired me to write a review!

Jesus is a very professional and easy to work with.
I had 5 other estimates nobody can beat his price. That doesn't mean cheap bad quality, I'm very satisfied with his work. I have more projects with jesus. Definitely recommend to anyone. You won't regret it.

I'm so glad to have found Jesus! He and his team replaced an 80ft fence that was falling apart. I received quotes from 6 other landscaping companies - from start to finish he was hands down the most responsive and accommodating of all our needs and requests. It was difficult to find a fence company that would demolish the brickwork beneath our old fence but he and his team were able to demo and haul with no issue. Jesus is friendly, professional and communicative and the end result looks fantastic. They just finished the job and the fence seems sturdy though of course only time will tell. I look forward to working with him again!

Jesus is a professional contractor who treats customer very kindly. He has a good team who can finish project efficiently. He cares about client's concern and is willing to help them with extra efforts.

Jesus transformed our backyard , building new retaining walls, decks, fencing, bocce court , installing pavers and landscaping . He did excellent work , quickly, for very reasonable cost

Jesus is a great guy. He's very professional. I had 3 estimates from other local landscapers, to install a drip system in my front yard. All of them where bunch of BS!l. One of them kept me waiting for 3 weeks. And non of them return my calls. Very unprofessional. But, with my experience with Jesus was great. I called him on Wednesday late afternoon, he came to my house within an hour after a long day work. He gave me an estimate a day later. By Sunday the job was done! I'm fully satisfied with his work. I definitely recommend Jesus. I will for sure call him for my future project in my house.
