Initially they were booked for 2 days, meaning 2 days without water, but Andrea worked her magic. Eric came out and got us fixed the same afternoon. THANK YOU so very much! Highly recommend Joe's Plumbing!

Great service provider! Twice in two weeks I had different plumbing problems. The first, a simple clogged drain -- but with house guests scheduled the next day. I called Joe's at 4:59pm. Eric G. was there next morning at 8:00am, fixed!

The next problem was more perplexing - a mysterious leak on our one acre property. Water meter spinning. Again, Eric to the rescue, who found the leak, capped it, and reworked a few lines to ensure it doesn't happen again.

they never disappoint. This visit I had a plugged up kitchen sink, so
couldn't use it at all. I called in the morning, explained my issue and
Eric came out that afternoon. They are reasonable, know what they

Joe and his son little Joe are the best in the west! I've known them for 20+ yrs and have had nothing but great experiences. They've worked in my clients homes and everybody feels the same way.
I definite recommend them fir repair work and new construction.

You know when that little voice in your head says "don't do it?" You should listen to it, or at least I should've last night. It was almost midnight and I decided to throw just a few cut up veggies down the garbage disposal. Well big mistake, I really should've entrusted that voice because I turned on the garbage disposal & then BAM, both sides of the sink started filling up with water.

I made some inquiries today with friends on Facebook for recommendations then I remembered on one FB group page where people had been asking for referrals for plumbers throughout the year so I did a search on that page for plumbers & 9 out of 10 recommended Joe's Plumbing. I gave them a call & left a message, Andrea called me back & we discussed my problem (I thought it might need to be snaked as in the past as these old track homes have issues.). Andrea said Eric would arrive between 11am & 1pm, then asked if I'd be home. I said no but I worked 5 minutes away so she said I would get a call when he's on his way. I kid you not, about 25 to 30 minutes later I received a call that Eric was on his way & this was at 9:22am. Talk about early! I met Eric at my house, discussed everything, then he went to work. He discovered that I didn't need my whole house snaked (last time was about 10 years ago), that basically everything was centered in the kitchen sink pipes. He carefully worked his magic & everything was working again. We discuss the cost, which he told me an amount & then said not to worry about it they will send a bill to my address. Talk about that old hometown feeling even when they don't know you!

I have other jobs that I'll be contacting them about but for now I highly recommend Joe's Plumbing!!

I would not recommend them. They showed up late (over 1.5 hors late). They were rude and did "ok" work.

Again Joes plumbing hero's saved the day. You call they respond. The arrive when they say. They are clean. Masters of the trade. A local family business of integrity. Use use. Use them.

A few hours ago an outdoor pipe at my house in Petaluma broke and was pouring water all over the driveway. I called Joe's Plumbing, and they answered right away and had a great technician, Eric, here very quickly. He was polite and efficient and fixed the problem at a super price. I'm impressed and thankful!

We've been using Joe's Plumbing for a couple years, but our most recent experience motivated a review. The controller for our master bedroom shower fell off in our hands and we couldn't turn off the water. Finally, my husband was able to turn off the water to the house while I called Joe's Plumbing. By early afternoon, Joe had fit us into his schedule and, together, we'd determined the correct part to order. An awful experience would have been a lot worse if we didn't have a great plumber.
