Got a flat in my Smartcar, no spare. Had Triple A tow me to Juarez. They kept in contact via text, were so incredibly helpful. When we came in, I was panicked but ready to drop hundreds to get this fixed. The head guy came out, gave me a fist bump and said 'I can totally fix this tire! No need to buy a new one!'
I almost cried. Literally 10 min later and only a $35 dollar charge, I was back in my little car driving away. I want to tell the world how incredible these guys are. Kind, quick, inexpensive, super helpful!!! Wow. Grateful!

Quick to respond and very respectful. Needed help on Super Bowl Sunday. Looked up nearby tow companies on Yelp and made contact with a few. Juarez responded within 15 minutes. Chose him as his pricing seemed more fair than the other two companies. There was a third that replied he was down until the Super Bowl was over. Would use again without hesitation.

I had a flat on my vehicle so I looked on Yelp, and found Juarez Tires and Brakes shop with great reviews. I got a tow truck driver to put my spare on and went to Juarez. The reviews were spot on! I came really early in the morning. Quick and efficient service. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Joel and his team are really hardworking and honest people. I asked a quote for my other vehicle that needed new tires and he gave me a great deal! So the following week I came back and this time in the afternoon. He had some other vehicles that were already being serviced, but he was able to multi-task and attend to me right away. I asked him aside from the tires I needed, if I should get new brakes and he told me that I didn't need them right now because they were still good. I loved the honesty! I'm so glad I have a new place to bring my vehicles if I ever need a tire, oil change, alignment, etc services. I usually go to a popular tire shop in the area and I'm normally there 2-4 hours just for a patch or flat tire. Don't look anywhere else, Juarez is the place to go!
