All Tire

All Tire was recommended by my wife's brothers who used to own Automotive Specialists on Bryant before they retired after 33 years. During their time they would bring cars they were working on in for front end alignment since they did not have the equipment for that. Fast forward to the present as I had purchased four tires through mail order and made an appointment with Al where they put the tires on while I waited. 45 minute job took just a little longer as the technician who was assigned to my car arrived later than scheduled but did a great job and plan to be back again! Thank you Al and the All Tire Team.

Just okay. What I really REALLY [boldface] REALLY don't like in auto places of any sort is unfriendliness--a feeling that they're doing you some special favor. Lack of eye contact. Lack of explaining what the hell is going on with your problem. It's kind of a San Francisco thing to treat customers badly, but there are good exceptions like Sam's Auto Repair on Potrero. That place is awesome and Sam is great--see my review for that place elsewhere.

And the last tires I got were in San Luis Obispo, a small town with small town friendliness. I got them All Brand on Higuera.

Horrible Customer service and lousy diagnostic service.I had to come back to the shop 3 times and deal with the rudest front desk personnel and they still didn't fix the problem. The auto tech was very professional. That's a fact but the voice of the company needs to take a vacation and rejuvenate himself. $100 diagnostic fee, $3000.00 for the front suspension work and I still hear noise. The shop replace the front break pads for free for the inconvenience and even that didn't go well. Now I have to replace my front pads because they squeak.

Take your hard earn money elsewhere and save your self a headache.

Worst customer service. My car was supposed to be ready the Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called at 1pm by chance to see if it was ready earlier than the time promised. There was no answer at the shop. I when by the shop an hour later and they were closed. In observance of the holiday I was unable to get a hold of them until Monday morning. At 7:36 AM I called to check the status of my vehicle. The man response was was given with annoyance saying it was ready. I asked when it was ready and why wasn't anyone contacted when it was. Instead of saying I'm not sure I'm not apart of the afternoon crew or that he wasn't there I was given more attitude. There are plenty of shops out there that will do a good job, contact you assign as your car is ready without treading you poorly or speaking to you in a disrespectful tone. Take your business else where.

I got a flat tire around the area & i made a stop here in ALL TIRE general auto repair. They said my front tires are worn out. So i ordered two brand new tires here. When i came home i realize they installed one of the tire wrong. Directional tire suppose to point forward not backward. I also realize i paid $100 or more. They dont price match. If you're looking for best price go to america's tire or costco. The mechanics are nice but the employee in the office are rude & grumpy. Also they offer no warranty for overprice tires. If something happen they will charge you $60

Avoid this business straight up!

Got tire leak and stopped here but I came 35 minutes before closing. and even though no other visible customers or cars being worked on, the guy working said they couldn't help me, it was too close to closing. He didn't even glance at my car or my tire. So much for helping people who might need a quick plug to assist me to get home. Completely horrible customer service! I'll just have to stop at every gas station to refill air on the way back to Burlingame because this guy couldn't be bothered. Try to only get flat tires when it's convenient for this business.

Walk in service available - but first come first serve. The people in the shop were very friendly and it was an easy check in / check out process. I had spilled coffee on the top of my car, and the guy even wiped it off for me without me, asking which I thought was really nice!!

They're crooks, first they took my car for a 'ride' not a test run I got two calls from friends saying they saw some guy driving my car pretty far from the shop, like a different neighborhood!

Second, he gave me a price them upped the price a few hundred dollars more for another person to look it over, I told him no to this other person/charge as I know it wasn't necessary.

Third, when I got home my car was leaking trany fluid, this morning there was a puddle I got under the car and the plug is missing from the transmission.

They were working on my breaks not the transmission. This was retaliation for not letting him take advantage of me and questioning the extra charge for the brakes.
Make sure you check all their work!!

We had a set of tires that were beyond their lifespan with one having a slow leak and a few plugs. I called the shop and Alan Jesue was extremely responsive and helpful.
the shop obtained the 4 Primacy MXM4 all season traction tires needed for my Infiniti M37, balancing the new tires, installed without issue, and had my car ready in the time stated, in fact 15 minutes sooner!
I was pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, and love the warranty and free rotation service for my purchased tires.

I was referred to All tires by Mel at city auto tec and I'm glad I went. I went in for a wheel alignment for my 2022 BMW 430I. They did the wheel alignment and I got the before in after printout. Great place and trustworthy auto shop. Will definitely come back if needed. They were quick and fast and upfront about my service
