Juarez Tires and Brakes

I had an emergency tire patching/ tire repair at 6:30 am. I had to go to court in less than an hour in the South Bay. I called 10 other places and they told me I had to wait for an hour for a tire patching. I drive a BMW MX6 and a lot of the places said they can't patch my specific tire. Juarez tire company called me immediately and told me they can take care of it in 15 minutes. I brought my car in they immediately took care of it and had the best customer service. The universe was def helping me!!! I'm so thankful for this tire service, the nice gentleman Joel who helped us, and the great quality of work.

This service was during COVID. They were open during COVID and COVID compliant.

Honest, helpful people. They take the time to talk with you about the car problems and solutions versus rushing you into a decision. I asked a million questions and they were patient, helping me feel confident in the final decision. They are also just generally light-hearted and playful, which makes you feel GOOD when you're in the garage with them.

That's what I look for in any kind of technician or vendor: someone knowledgeable, skilled, honest, who leads with good energy. The new tires are still working great after some time now.

Also, FYI, some yelp reviews say cash-only, but they do take credit cards now.

I took the Mrs' car in as one of the tires on her motor had a slight/slow puncture. Without even an appointment, Abel and his team had it fixed at a terrific price & sent me on my way in 10 minutes.

Had a flat tired and it got fixed in 15 min, the replacing of the tire and labor came out to $85. They quote you for all the labor and parts which is refreshing to see no hidden fees. Definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for an amazing service and quality.

Yah, came thru in a pinch... like New tire installed in the afternoon traffic rush quick style. Got me back on the road without the need to buy brand new and break the bank. Michelin to match the rest of the cars' wheels.. Friendly service and safe standards

Explained the cost benefit of used tires to me, and I probably won't buy new tires again.

I'd like to personally thank you guys for always coming through for me. The streets in San Francisco are not very forgiving and I wanted to let everybody know that the courteous kind service at the shop is unlike any I've seen. Most shops are out to gouge you, but these guys will go above and beyond the normal stuff to help you and save you much money as possible. I highly recommend them and I'll always be bringing my business to them. Thanks guys. You're amazing.

We're lucky that Juarez Tires & Brake still exists in this city. I've been going here for several years now. It's a no-bs, reliable shop.
Big shout out to Albert and Natalie; Juarez restores my faith in humanity every time I need my car checked out. they'll help you get what you need done and charge only what's reasonable. It's a little crazy sometimes pulling in / parking as they're located on a fairly busy street (plus they're popular - for a good reason!), but worth it. They'll fit you into their schedule even when you think there's no way you can get your car seen with short notice/late in the day/ etc.

Note: I'd recommend bringing cash with you so you don't need to use the atm.

They refused to repair my tire after realizing there was a sealant that had been used. They said patches won't stick after using sealant even though Fix-a-Flat's website says sealant can be washed off with soap & water and nothing in the formulation prevents patching the tire after use. The internet says mechanics hate sealant because it's messy to clean which I think is the real truth. I saw online that you're supposed to use an abrasive tool to rough up the area to be patched before affixing the patch but they probably wanted to skip that step as well.

I took my car to my former shop in Oakland, Gomes Tires, and they repaired it no problem. I was in and out in 20 minutes for $40 paid via credit vs the cash only policy at Juarez.

Abel and team saved my a$$ today. Driving to the airport, with my dog in the back, I popped a tire driving down 10th. The universe hilariously plopped me in front of their shop. Desperate to keep a timeline, the guys jacked up my car on the side of the road, put on a used tire and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. And I made my flight. I still can't believe it. Many thanks to the whole crew. I should come back for a new set.
