If there's anything that stood out, it's the great customer service by the team. The Junk King came and provided a non-obligated quote that was pretty competitive with other removal companies in the area. They were quick and careful about removing the items - something that I can also appreciate above everything else. I would recommend to friends and plan to continue their business.

Same day service!

I requested a quote for same day service and thankfully they were able to accommodate me on the same day.

Communication was fast and responsive and clear as well.

Very friendly, good value, and they even come to you to pick up your junk.

Message to Owner: Happened in Livermore area.

On 08/28/2024, at around 3pm, on the Altamont Pass Rd, heading to the Altamont Landfill. One of your Driver driving your company truck with license plate #57404L3 was driving like a maniac.

He first tailgated me while I was following the speed limit on the twisty 2 lanes road. Then he went over the double solid yellow lines to pass me on the left and continued with tailgating another car that was originally in front of me before turning into the Landfill to drop off the fully loaded truck.

He could have killed someone. Do you want some one working for you driving your company vehicle and have that liability on your shoulder?

At least I know I will not use your service or would recommend anyone else after this incident.

Don't even think about using any other "junk removal" company.

I used them for a bunch of junk that my mom left me.
These guys care more about money than getting their customers happy first.

I work as a plumber I get so many different customers and sometimes you get that type of customer where you will have to go as low as you can to close it a deal. I was the easy customer that you ever had I guess.
At the end of the day I made a deal for $300 dollars in 20 minutes of work. (I get it they have to take all the stuff to the junking place but still)
Regardless at the end of the day he do not want to take a bag that was already there, and he just said that I keep on adding stuff that's shy he wants not going to take it.

Even if I added at the end, it's just one small bag that could easily fit in their big truck.

But well what can we expect now in times.

What a rip-off. They are 3 times the price of their competitors and for exactly the same service. That, and when I tried to get some simple clear info on cost for services (I event sent in pics with clear details), they were a sloppy mess. I would give these guys a miss.

My garage was full of crap. These guys came loaded it all up and went on their way. Super cheap and fast. Tip them well it makes a whole lot of difference!

Great service. They were fast, efficient and attentive to details. Would highly recommend.

Available next day, took probably 10 min for the actual moving of my junk. Everything fit into the elevator and i didnt have to lift anything. Scheduling was literally at the click of a button. I appreciate the multiple notifications (text + email) because I know I would have forgotten.

Honest about pricing per item and the space that it takes up in the truck. I should have called and asked for a quote but at the same time I was ready to part with the items that have been sitting around for almost a year.

They were considerate and gave me a call about 25 min before arrival.

Unfortunately I live in an apartment and we're only given 1 bir appointment per year and it would have been a hassle to try and coordinate everything with the other residents while not having a designated community space for any junk.

Needed to clear out the garage and spoke to Anna. She was great about all of it. Answered my questions and was knowledgeable. We only needed the dumpster for a day and they picked it (super easy and efficient). Sadie was also responsive and patient. Finally, both drivers (Scott and Steve?) who dropped off and picked up the dumpster were professional.

Would highly recommend using this service and working with Anna and Sadie.
