I gave a description and dimensions of the junk needing to be hauled off and they gave a quote through Yelp. The team of two guys showed up on time. They confirmed the quote was accurate and within 1 - 1.5 hours it was all gone. They were courteous and fast, nearly running between the truck and pile. They confirmed exactly what I wanted taken away. This was a great experience and I'm thrilled to have all the construction debris gone.

Very happy with them. Gave me a quote right away, based on photos I sent them, for removing household junk. Came the next day (on a Sunday) ready to work. Super friendly and it was literally I pointed and they took it. I underestimated what I needed to have removed and I neglected to mention that the bulk of the stuff was 100+ feet from the street. They honored the quote and we're gone in under two hours. Very professional and courteous. I would hire them again. I gave them a big tip!

I needed some old furniture removed, so I went on yelp and had several companies around me give me a quote.

The Junk Cat responded super fast and had very competitive prices.

All the scheduling and everything was done on Yelp messenger which was very convenient.

They called 20 minutes before they arrived, came, and took my couch away. The entire time even though I was paying them to throw away my furniture they were very respectful of it and made sure I was ok with the entire move.

They were super-efficient and friendly. I have zero complaints and will recommend and use them in the future. I paid with a check and they sent me a receipt before they left.

I moved to the Bay Area in 2008. Since then I've had a family of four in a 4-bedroom townhouse, moved through five apartments, and had over 8 different roommates. I've never really had a lot of time to pare down when moving and I've mostly just hauled everything from one place to another.

I'm now leaving the Bay and have to get rid of all of the junk I've accumulated. It's essentially a three bedroom apartment and three storage units. It took me three weeks, five hours per night, to sort out what was worth saving.

Turns out, not much. I don't even recognize most of it and over half of it is either cheap furniture that won't make the move or stuff that is just not even mine. I filled an entire 12'x16' room with stuff and tagged all of the furniture that needed to go.

Called on Sunday. Texted them photos. Got a fantastic quote that was well explained. They were there Tuesday morning. Busted their butts to get 12 cubic yards of junk in 3.5 hours. Took payment via card on the spot. And left me a wonderfully empty apartment.

Everything went smooth as butter. 12/10. Would recommend.

I contacted them through the Yelp request a quote, and I received a response within minutes. For $175, they took a 7' high bookcase, an oak student desk; a 3' high bookcase and a 6' long wooden foldable table. Our cars were parked outside, and they were careful not to scratch the cars as they moved the furniture out of the garage. Scheduling was easy. Initially, they could do the same day, but I didn't respond right away so the slots filled up. I had to schedule for the next day. Fortunately, they called later and were able to fit me into the schedule. They are professional and courteous.

My experience with Junkcat was professional and timely from start to finish. I received a call a few hours after requesting a quote for my mattress removal -- it's a heavy, cumbersome latex mattress that I was not looking forward to disposing of myself. We were able to get a pickup scheduled a few days out, and when I needed to reschedule for a few days later (with more than 48hr notice), it was no problem at all.

The team of two who came out to get the mattress were friendly and punctual. They gave me a call about 20 minutes out from their arrival. When they arrived, they were both wearing masks and considerate enough to wipe their feet on my doormat every time they came in and out. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, and I am so relieved to have my old mattress out of here!

It always feels good to support a local business, and I am grateful we have Junkcat available to take the pain out of junk removal!

They were outstandingly polite and did the work swiftly. Then they made sure to clean up after the fact. Our garage had alot of other thing near the junk pile but Sean (?) made sure he didn't accidentally throw anything else away.

One of my favorite parts was the practical and efficient way they sent my quote. Over the phone, In a few pictures they gave me complete answers. Other companies in the process just kept pushily telling me they could save me more money. I'm not going to lie, I could probably have gotten a cheaper but I couldn't of gotten a better experience.

Absolutely top-notch professionals. Great communication, great pricing, polite and fast. They'll ask you to text a picture if possible and then make a quote.

I have used craigslist haulers in the past and #1. When you use Craigslist instead, it's anybodys guess if the stuff actually made it to the recyclers or was dumped by the road and #2. I felt like its a security issues to have randos just know where you live and what you've got.
Junkcat is a legitimate business with roots in the community and a long reputation of good citizenship, so I felt much more peace of mind.

I had a bunch of stuff for the land fill, a broken footstool, a couple of floorlamps and a full size bed, frame, and boxspring. These object needed to be out of my life, but I drive a compact! What to do? Call JUNKCAT, thats what.

After texting the serice, they offered me an appointment window for the very next day (on Thanksgiving week too!) I sent the photo and received a very fair quote, and they arrived promptly and finished the work quickly. At the end, he offered me the option a receipt via text, which he sent over before he even got to the driveway.

They were incredibly focused on the work. It feels great to have the junk gone and know that its being disposed of responsibly while also supporting a local business.

Used the Yelp "request for quote" feature to get a handful of bids, and Junkcat provided the best deal. Finalized the details over the phone with Nick, confirmed schedule over Yelp message, and Nick and Shawn showed up on time the next day, on a Sunday. (2 hour window with a call 15 minutes prior to arrival.)

Very courteous people. Their phone app allows them to take payment with credit card and send receipt to your email. Of course, they take cash... and you still get an email receipt.

I will use them again. I would recommend to friends/family.
