We don't have Air Conditioning repair equipment, So we come to Kwest, Great place to recharge AC and get alignments, We use them Weekly for our customers cars.

I've been using them for many years. Because they have been consistently good, i.e. very fast, reliable, honest, and reasonable prices, I've taken all my family's cars there, too. I should also mention the good customer service; very polite, provides updates, and recommendations. I'll share one story/example that illustrates my point of view:

I have a 93 Acura Vigor that they've always taken good care of, and keeps the car running great. One time I took it in for problems with being jerky with accelerating and starting issues. Problems were fixed; it needed a new cap and rotor. All seemed well. Later, I noticed the car started to run rough at idle. Finally, I took it in to check. This is about at least 3 months later. The next day I got the car back and guess what? No charge! Free. It turns out that the cap/rotor they had put in before became (or was defective), so they changed it out for a new one. This story shows they are honest since it was a different symptom and different time. I take my car to them for anything it needs and each time their 5-star level service has been consistent.

Super fast and convenient. Straight forward and honest. I will be coming back. Smog check was done quickly

Problem: Radiator Water Coolant Tank Reservoir Cap broke apart.
Solution: Herbert, KWest, order a replacement within 2 hrs n installed it within 30 min. Also,checked inside of d reservoir for any debris and checked hoses for any wear n tear. I shalll return.

My son accidentally put diesel on a brand new car we gave him for graduation. We brought it to the dealership and what they quoted us was unbelievable. We decided to bring our car to Kwest and Jackie took care of the repair. We were so happy that it did not cost us that much. All I can say is that if you need a reliable, honest and with great integrity. They are the best.

called and jackie took me in a few days. so, call for availability as they are busy. in and out in one day. idle issue. smog. they took care of me. thanks jackie!

I brought my Honda in for wheel alignment. They charged $120 for it. I think is a fair price. I brought my car to two auto shop nearby for the wheel alignment. But they were busy, can't do it. I'm glad K West Auto Care was able to do the wheel alignment for me.

I was considering buying a used car and brought it here for an inspection. They did a thorough job and got it done in a timely fashion. Saved me from buying a headache. Thanks, K West.

Replaced my spark plugs charged us $600.00 and it was a computer upgrade that needed to be done by the dealer.
Because the upgrade was t done when they replaced the spark plugs, the truck flooded again and wouldn't start?
I went to pick up my truck snd they parked it at a meter with no money in it?
I took it up Serramonte goes snd they replaced spark plugs and did a computer update snd it runs great.
K west had no idea how to fix it?

We were visiting San Francisco from Sacramento and I desperately needed an alignment. They were kind enough to fit me in this morning and got it done quickly and efficiently! Also, I think it was a reasonable price for an alignment.

I have taken both of my cars here to get it serviced and both times it was a great experience. First I had my BMW brake fluid flushed and changed and today got my Corolla an oil change. Jackie was very helpful and got both jobs done in a timely manner. I usually take the cars to the dealership but got fed up with the constant up sell with services I don't need plus the prices were dealership prices. Heard great things about this place and they haven't disappointed and the prices are so fair and honest! Will continue to come back here and don't just take my word for it, experience it for yourself!
