I brought my 12 year old Acura into Kingsway yesterday because I'm thinking of selling her. I splurged on the $200 full interior/ exterior/ engine clean package, and it was worth every penny. The service was great, my car looks brand new and managed to fix the big dent in my bumper for no additional charge (I was quoted $1500 at an auto-body shop)! They even had my car warmed up on the street by the time I had paid. Thanks again, Kingsway!

Impressive performance and results at a budget price. The cleaning team all work hard through a 20 minute or so sequence of stages to thoroughly clean vehicles inside and out. No bookings so get there early before the queue forms.

Great work detailing my Thule bike trailer! They went above and beyond to do a great job. Have also had my car detailed there a few years ago and will go back with my vehicle again.

Brought my black BMW 650i Convertible here for a detail, particularly wanted the exterior focused on and just the seats of the interior cleaned. For over $200 - the exterior detail is sub-par. There's still fine lines and really no sheen and shine to the car as one would expect after a full exterior detail. They forgot to do my seats, so I made a second (inconvenient) appointment to get those done. When I showed up exactly on time, I had to sit out on the road idling, wasting valuable time, blocking traffic - behind 3 other cars lined up to get in. No communication from the staff there on how to proceed. The whole experience was quite sub-par. *Do not recommend*

*note* Owner replied to me via google reviews lecturing me condescendingly (big surprise) blaming me for his lousy work and about how I should spend my money. For $140 all-in, I recently had my Infiniti (black) Q50 detailed in and out - to perfection(!) at a nearby competitor.

It's very telling when an owner of a business turns out shoddy work, then blames the customer on social media. My advice to you Kingsway Detailing: Have some pride in your work and offer value to every client, regardless of their needs.

I had my car detailed and paid $200. There were a couple of damages done by one of guys there and Ray was absolutely professional about it and covered all damage. The employee was let go. I would go back to Kingsway Detailing East 5th Avenue.

I did the Winter Protection package, full interior and exterior detail.

These guys turned my car which hadn't been cleaned in a long time, into a sparkling shine that looked and smelled better than new. Any swirls that were on the car as a result of the years of use are nowhere to be seen.

I was impressed with the level of detail that they performed on the interior. It's like they were in there with a bloody q-tip, getting all the nooks and crannies to a shine.

To boot, these guys are a local family owned business, their team is very friendly and I cant wait to get it cleaned here again.

Unprofessional work and service. For 500 dollars I still had tar on the side skirts (which is why I brought it there) and my mirror adjustment knob in the centre console was snapped off (not fun to have replaced in a 20 year old car) Then the guy drove it out of the shop dropping a curb, nearly curbing a 1000 dollar rim. Had to argue with the guy to get my money back; not good for business bud. If your car is a piece of crap and you don't care about it MAYBE take it here. If you care about anything you own do not let these scumbags touch it.

Just got a Mazda protege shampooed and detailed here for resale. The staff are nice and the owner (at least I assume he's the owner) gave me a pretty good deal since there was also pet hair removal that needed to be done.

It took about 4hrs but my car smells nice and clean now instead of like road trip and dog farts. Just make sure you have something plan to stay busy. I doubt you'll want to hang around the shop for anything but the quickest of car cleanings.

For those with higher end vehicles, there is a Benz SUV and a Porsche getting cleaned today.

Also, as I'm waiting for them to finish up, the owner has told me that he checks everything before the car goes. Super nice guy. I must recommend this place based on my positive experience today.

I regretted taking my car there to wash. I requested a quote on the phone for exterior car wash, they said it's a package costs $65, I am fine with it and went there on the next day. They asked me to go there at 11am. The weird thing was their door was closed, only a gap was opened so I went in there. No one is there until I walked inside with two employees washing a car. One of them said the boss was inside the room. I waited for the boss and he accessed my car and said it would cost $100 to wash it (general cleaning inside the car, not detailed cleaning), fine I said. He asked me to come back at 2pm. When I went back, the boss is nowhere to be seen. One of the employees said it costs $100. I asked can I paid by visa? He said if you do, you gotta wait for the boss, then I said I could pay cash because I was in a hurry. Then I asked for a receipt. He said oh I don't know how to do a receipt, let me called my boss... He talked to the boss on the phone and he said oh, if you want a receipt you need to pay tax and you have to wait for my boss for 30 minutes. I think this is ridiculous and I just left. After I drove my car to pickup my friend, she looked inside and said, I don't think they cleaned your car. I am confused then I started looking around. oh my god I found all the water marks and dirt all over inside which weren't there before I took the car to wash. Please don't take your car there to wash, they would ruined it. There should be no star for them.

An update on my earlier review: these guys broke our radio during the detail, but initially I had only the evidence that the radio worked fine when I brought it in, and didn't work when I left.

Now, that's pretty conclusive to me, but here's the real nail in the coffin:

I brought the radio in a couple of weeks later to have it replaced at Best Buy. I asked if I could see the factory radio when they took it out and if they could determine the reason it failed. It was, in fact, very obvious - the top of the factory radio is half-covered in a large sticker, and you could clearly see where a pool of liquid had been poured on top. It was even slightly damp still. The other half was metal and holes (like a typical radio) and whatever liquid was poured in simply entered the radio and shorted it out.

Based on the fact that this place broke our radio, which cost more to replace than the whole detail in the first place, and wouldn't own up to the damage, I cannot recommend it.

Ameal and his team truly did an outstanding job. I drive a white Mazda3 from 2004 and over the years it has sustaned a few scratches and the paint had lost its luster. They did a cut polish job and my car looks new again. They even buffed out a few scratches. I would absolutly recomend Kingsway Auto to anyone that needs to renew the look of their vehicle. I was left truly satasfied and impressed.
