I just moved to the city and needed a big job done for my car. I first took it to the Honda dealer, but after reading the reviews for KSH Auto, I decided to get a second quote. Kirill is the best, most honorable mechanic I've ever been to. He took his time to truly assess the problem and took the car out multiple times after the repair to ensure it was safe for me to drive. Beyond the incredible service, the amount I paid for the repairs was significantly less than what I was quoted from Honda. I will never take my car to anyone else in the city. I cannot recommend Kirill and KSH Auto enough. I had a catalytic convertor stolen in my Prius and he fixed it a bit under what everyone was estimating, ahead of schedule, and even left the car on the lift to show me the great work they did. Again last week they fixed all 4 brake pads and even came in under what he estimated. All perfectly done and with a super quick and easy turnaround with no BS.

I had been taking my Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder to Brando at Automotive Service Center on Otis for years. Sadly, when my car needed repair, I found that he had closed his shop and was nowhere to be found. (Hopefully he's happily retired and enjoying himself - what an awesome guy!) I checked around for someone new, and, lucky for me, found Kirill at KSH Auto via Yelp's service that searches for businesses in my area. I had asked for a quote, and instead of giving me one based on *my* conclusions, told me he would need to diagnose the problem.
When I spoke to Kirill on the phone, he sounded energetic and very professional. He carefully diagnosed the problem, and called to give me a quote, which I approved. Apparently, he continued to carefully examine the issue, because when he called to let me know the car was ready to pick up, his diagnosis was updated and the price was significantly lower than what he had quoted. This was something that Brando would have done, and I was so delighted!
When I came to pick up my car, Kirill gave me some useful advice, including to drive it for awhile, and then we could talk about what to do next. He also recommended a place where I could get a smog check, and told me to bring the car by beforehand so he could make sure I would be able to pass.
I am so grateful to have found this shop and Kirill! I anticipate having KSH Automotive care for my Spyder and any future cars my family owns. Integrity, expertise and kindness are certainly something I treasure, and Kirill is a gem.
