I'm delighted to share my experience for the "promised" kitchen renovation that was proposed to be completed in 2 weeks. Like clockwork, Eran Mor and the contractors arrived timely. I was so excited to FINALLY get my dream kitchen. Amazingly, they swept the kitchen, tore out the old and removed it. The "raw" exposed muse was swept, again, and removed all evidence of debris. Reformation became the purpose of my outdated kitchen. Everyday I observed the renovation process as a progressive evolving experience. Everything was covered to minimize settling of dust while they did their thing. The contractors were committed to perfection. Eran Mor's oversight was more about a checking-in with me and making sure I was okay rather than the professional workers. The worker's expertise exceeded expectations. From top to bottom, the corners, framework, painting etc., were meticulous! The amazing execution of a perfect project was completed in less than 2 weeks. They gave more than a kitchen remodeling. The experience brought marvel to the setting and became the re-creation of my personal 'self' - me. Old habits, negativity, and thinking "life could not be done" were removed from my consciousness while the "new" celebrated reality. I have an unbelievable beautiful kitchen in less than 2 weeks. For 5 years, I hesitated to do this work. Procrastination stole my vision. It's remarkable how LB Construction & Remodeling Company affected my personal 'change' while the reformation of my kitchen happened. We highly recommend LB Construction and Remodeling for home remodeling. We've used them for several projects at our home this year - remodeling of two bathrooms, replacement of outdoor siding (including doors and windows), and painting of the whole house. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the company.
The project manager (Dan Peretz) was very responsive to our questions and schedule requests (even on weekends) and helped us to find local resources to select the bathroom furnishings, windows and doors. He also took care of filing the City permits and inspections, searched around for matching siding (previous model no longer available) and worked with us to adjust scope to take care of unexpected items.
Their crew (led by foreman Edgar) was on-time, flexible in working around our schedule and needs, and kept us informed of the work and brought up options for our consideration. They all acted professionally and cleaned up the job site well each day.
The projects were all completed within cost and schedule - no surprises!

Our master bathroom had a water leakage through drywall. So, we had decided to remodel it. We had contacted 3-4 remodeling companies, finally selected L B Construction and remodeling. Eran was very thorough in his estimates, he provided many alternatives, options, what could work and what may not. His suggestions were very impressive.

During the work George and Haeber mostly worked on the project. They worked very hard, they were very organized and had a very professional and correct approach about their work. We were very impressed with their work. They provided very good suggestions and they were also able to accommodate our changes. Overall, we loved working with the crew.

Also for installing mirrors, Eran suggested Ronson Shower Glass and Mirror, we loved their Glass and Mirror.

Made an appointment for a free estimate. No show, no call, nothing. First impression should always be a good one if not a great one. But silence nothing. No good! Looking for a more reliable company who respects my time. Might I add I waited 30min after the time and called still nothing. No response!

The team at LB is great. We've worked with Dan Peretz as PM, and Carlos and Miguel on site for two projects, a bathroom remodel and building an interior staircase. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and dedication ensure that the customer is happy at the end of the project. Our project required specific finishing materials that aren't made off the shelf and Carlos and team spent a lot of time finding the closest possible match for us. High marks here for honesty. When they came to assess a job, they quickly acknowledged that it might not be within their expertise. She even got her supervisor on the phone and used FaceTime to confirm, pointing out material and permitting issues that I might face. Then, they connected me with two contractors who specialize in the specific job I needed to get done.

We have our bathroom remodeled in July. LB did a great job. I want to thank our Project Manager Dan Peretz and his contractor team Fabio and Danniel. Dan spent a whole half day shopping with us for the remodel materials. He perfectly arranged the city inspection license and schedules, so we could finish the project on time. He followed up every step of the job to ensure they were in progress. Fabio and his team are very professionals were respectful of our wishes and cleaned up after each job. We could not be happier that we found LB Construction and chose them for our project.

This was a big job: our house's exterior was a wreck, with pervasive dry rot and decks that were falling apart. We got three estimates - LB was right in the middle. But money was not the only consideration. Another contractor had quite the portfolio presentation, very impressive. But he lacked any warmth at all, didn't give any sign of being a good listener, and seemed to see our project as just another building.

LB Project manager Dan Peretz came out to estimate the job, and couldn't have been more different. He clearly listened. He's a warm guy with a genuine smile and is 100% professional. We were clearly meeting the perfect blend of good person and consummate business person. The price was fair, we were on the same page as to the scope of the job. We signed on.

The crew was great. We decided to stay in our home despite the breadth of the job; our personal space and our possessions were treated with respect. LB owner Liran stayed on top of the job with frequent visits; Eleanor at the office is a gem; Flavio headed up the work crew and was superb to work with. We were happy with all of them.

When the slightest thing looked like it might be going off course, Dan was on it. At the house regularly and always just a text away.

We absolutely love how it all turned out. I can't recommend LB highly enough.

So pleased with our bath remodel! The project was delivered on time and on budget. The work was coordinated, the crew showed up every day - which I'd not experienced with past contractors - and everyone was kind and patient. The finishes were great. David helped us select materials and helped in the design.

It started with a bathroom renovation, then expanded to an elevator removal and railing reconstruction at another property. That worked out so well that we expanded the work at our house into replacing our front doors and side doors, shoring up some foundation issues, and painting the entire exterior!
