Leo Gotelli Plumbing

I've relied on Leo Gotelli Plumbing since 2004. Recently, my insurance provider mandated automatic water and gas shut-offs. Leo Gotelli Plumbing installed them swiftly and correctly. I have complete faith in their services.

Can't say enough good things about Mr. Gotelli and Tom. We've had to use their services twice. Both times Tom was on-time and did an A+ job. Pricing is consistent with other SF plumbers.

Called first thing in the morning to see if they could come out and fix a clogged drain that was between floors. Had someone come out by 10, quickly unclogged the drain and were done in under an hour. Couldn't be more appreciative at the promptness and professionalism of the service call

Bernardo and Felipe just came out to fix a problem with a sink and a problem with the dishwasher. As always, they excelled. While they were here, they also fixed faucet knobs in three different bathrooms that had slowly come loose due to not being installed correctly. They identified the cause immediately, which involved going underneath the sinks, and had them all fixed in less than ten minutes. They also unclogged a sink, quickly, which is something we forgot to mention when we called.

I've met a lot of smart people, like we all have. These guys can run with any of them. They're not just packing wrenches in their tool belts; they have multiple intelligences in there as well, visual/spacial, logical, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal,...and they are humble, with great senses of humor.

Bernardo also pointed out that the screws on our outdoor kitchen granite counter were going to leave rust spots, which they had started to already. That's the kind of professionals they are. They come to help, not just to put their heads down, do the job and leave. Just an all around smart guy that you would do well to have in your life. I know that anytime we have a plumbing need, prompt, professional, affordable, and enjoyable plumbing service is just a phone call away.

We've been hiring trade workers for over a quarter of a century and these guys are at the top.

We had a clogged drain - - Tom came out and could not be more efficient or friendly. Phew - just in time for the next round of storms!

Our low flush, pressurized, toilet began running constantly. The previous plumber who worked in our high-rise moved, so we didn't know who to call. Our building manager gave us Leo Gotelli's number... and were we lucky. He sent one of his men to inspect the problem, and then as soon as the part arrived, he came back and installed it. Fast and no hassle. I would recommend Leo Gotelli Plumbing especially if you are in San Francisco.

After reading some of the poor reviews, I can't help but wonder if they were talking about another plumber. I noticed there are other plumbers with the Gotelli name. My experience with Leo Gotelli Plumbing was they went overboard to follow up with phone calls and were extremely professional.

We used Gotelli plumbing to install a dishwashef & garbage disposer. As others have said, they were responsive & did a great job. I would say they are reasonable. Our HOA managment company recommended Gotelli Plumbing. We are very happy to find a good plumbing company. We will use Gotelli Plumbing again.
