Who handles this parking lot is questionable. I would refer to them as THIEVES who take advantage of the San Francisco parking situation. I posted the pic of their sign that lured us only to find out it was double the amount. Attendants were rude & hardly spoke english.
Cars were being parked in an alley. BEWARE !!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michaela R.San Francisco, CA7231Jun 20, 2024Updated review
The attendant is scamming folks and harassing customers. The sign says it's $10 but it's by the hour. When I asked about it, the attendant started recording me and my kids. Then he called me a piece of shit and a bitch, then threatened to tow my car. Please know I was not confrontational, I was just confused.
We left of course and pls know there's the public lot for pier 39 across the street. It's legit, with no harassing attendants to deal with. I filed a police report. If this happens to you, do the same, but I rec just going to other lot.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 20, 2024Previous reviewDon't go here. The sign says $10, but it's actually $10 per hour. When I asked the attendant why the sign didn't indicate hourly, he started video recording me (I'm a single mom with 2 young children that were with me). He then called me a piece of shit and said he would tow my car. All because I asked about the sign. I left and he continued to call me a butch and recording me and my kids driving out of the lot. There were a couple other families witnessing this and they left too. I called the police and filed a report. For any woman's safety I recommend not going here.

Parked at the location by Pier 39 managed by this company. Attendant was rude and didn't describe the parking fees in a clear way even after asking questions.
We returned 23 minutes after 3pm and they charged us an extra $50 pointing to a sign which said there is "surcharge" without clearly stating the fee. Would give 0 starts if I could and do NOT recommend parking at the pier 39 location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Giana G.El Dorado Hills, CA01Jun 12, 2022
TERRIBLE! DO NOT PARK HERE! The attendant is trying to scam everyone. Sign outside says 10 dollars for public parking. He was trying to take 20 dollars from everyone. Even from the people that already paid from the machine.

I would give a negative score if possible. I parked at this location when visiting the pier in San Francisco and when my family and I got back to the lot, it was completely packed with vehicles. There were also several irritated customers before me but I wasn't sure why. When the attendant finally brought my vehicle, I did a walk through around it to check for damages. Sure enough, there was a scratch on the passenger side near the back door of my vehicle. I reported it right away to the attendant and he told me to call the number on the receipt. I didn't call until later, which is when I realized the number is invalid. I've been looking for other numbers online to try to get a hold of someone but to no avail. I will be filling a formal complaint.
Hopefully, others read this review before parking here. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT, THEY'RE CEOOKS!!!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teks K.Salt Lake City, UT343Dec 7, 2015
As a regular visitor all over the USA I must congratulate this parking attendant as being the rudest person I have yet encountered in any place in the USA.
I am really sorry if he has a bad day but that doesn't give any reason to be rude and unhelpful.
Please keep away, this is just not worth spoiling your day!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Thomas L.Folsom, CA595Oct 10, 2019
Don't ever park here. TheAttendant at the front gate charged me an extra $15 for a truck despite the sign out front saying $10 for oversized vehicles. I'm sure he pocketed the extra five himself. Stay away from this place.

Don't believe the flat rate sign. It is for a limited number of hours. When asked the attendant why the difference he said that is what he wanted to do so he could fool people.

My car was broken into last night at this Liberty Park Management lot at 2300 Stockton. My back window was smashed and a backpack was stolen out of my trunk. I was horrified to come out there this morning and see that. More disturbing was the fact that when I reported this incident to the attendant he laughed and said "this happens all the time." I would STRONGLY ADVISE anyone NOT to park at this dangerous lot.

This parking lot by the Pier 39, Never ever park your car there, They will damage your car and will not take the liability. The Owner Nurullah Zira is very rude and has no business ethics. He took the pictures and agreed with me that he will provide me the claim # from his insurance company with in a day, since damage happened Sunday evening. Few days later he completely denied that the damage occurred at his place, he said we can go to police or do whatever we want but he will not provide the claim #. If you accidentally park your car there and will most probably be damaged by bunch of idiots who will move your car around ruthlessly to make parking spots in your absence, make sure to get the claim # before you leave. Best is avoid them.
